The Work:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
The F-35 Program Security Representative is a critical position located in Orlando, FL. As a representative, you will be responsible for supporting the security efforts of the F-35 program, including development, production, and sustainment. This will involve controlling and managing unclassified and classified material, as well as providing physical security for multiple Special Access Program Facilities. You will also be responsible for controlling access and badging to all F-35 areas in specified facilities, providing escort services when required, and assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations related to Special Access Program Facilities. Additionally, you will provide assistance and support for classified meetings, and may be required to provide security briefings as necessary. Your responsibilities will also include managing personnel files, including visitor access requests, program access requests, and file reviews. You will perform other security duties as necessary and provide support to other Special Access Programs as needed. This position will primarily be assigned to First Shift, but may require flexibility to work other shifts, including weekends, to support mission events.

We are a team of security professionals responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs that protect classified material and export-controlled data. We work closely with government customers to ensure compliance with federal security regulations and implement security solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing risk. Our team members serve as Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSOs), Contractor Special Security Officers (CSSOs), and Security Representatives, providing support for Special Access Programs (SAPs), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs, and DOD collateral classified programs. We study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (DoD Manual 5205.07/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). We also develop and conduct security education classes, investigate security violations, and provide support for classified meetings and customer visits.

**Basic Qualifications:**
-Final SECRET clearance; current security clearance investigation within 6 years from the investigation
close date.
-Must be able to maintain a SECRET clearance.
-Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
-Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705 Tech Spec.
-Knowledge of the National Industrial Security
Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
**Desired Skills:**

KBR is hiring highly skilled and motivated candidates to provide support to the USSF Space Operations Command (SpOC) as a Program Security Representative conducting SAP training, evaluation and coordination. An active TS//SCI clearance is MANDATORY.

Responsibilities:
+ Support the development, coordination, and execution of Special Access Programs Management Office (SAPMO) training for Space Operations Command (SpOC). + Facilitate cross-talks with career functional managers and organize working groups with operational units, headquarters, and the SAPMO community to define scope of capability employment. Prepare material supporting the required organizational structure and assure efficient use of resources.
+ Have a comprehensive understanding and extensive knowledge of training experience with the desire of knowledge and understanding of SAPMO responsibilities. Provide current and relevant knowledge of training, standardization & evaluation experience in order to apply experience to SAPMO responsibilities with comprehensive mission knowledge. Support training by building, coordinating, and maintaining training and evaluation products including lesson plans, presentations, test, and scripts to support all SAPMO responsibilities.
+ Support training/evaluation in accordance with DOD and DAF guidance.

**Qualifications**
· 9 years total experience, including minimum 3 - 5 years with SCI or SAR programs. Minimum 1 year of SAP relevant experience highly desired.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
**Certifications:**
+ Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SAP personnel security functions).
+ Must obtain SpeD, SFPC within 2 years.
+ SIMS database familiarity or complete training within six months of starting on contract (if performing document control functions).
+ Must complete DISS training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SCI personnel security functions).
+ Must complete Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SAP personnel security functions).
**Security Clearance:**
+ Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
+ Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.
+ Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
**Other Requirements:**
+ Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate ICDs/JAFANs/DOD Manuals and other guiding policy documents.
+ Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
+ Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision.
+ Willingness to travel within the organizational Area of Responsibility (AOR) (note - could be extensive, and will include both air and ground transportation).
Target salary range: $120,001 - $60,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Activity Security Representative II** to join our team in **El Segundo, CA** .
The Activity Security Representative's primary function is to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. The position will provide "day-to-day" support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
+ Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondence.
+ Prepare and/or process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages and receipts.
+ Prepare, process, and/or review Program Access Request (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility.
+ Execute Special Access Program Nomination Process Questionnaires
+ Conduct Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Joint Personnel Access System (JPAS), and SAPNP reviews of candidates being submitted for SAP access.
+ Perform data entry and record checks in the Joint Access Database (JADE) and maintains all customer sponsored personnel access information current.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 additional years of direct experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
+ 6 + years of relevant experience.
+ 3 + years of experience with SCI or SAR programs.
+ Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate ICDs/JAFANs/DOD Manuals and other guiding policy documents
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1+ year relevant experience with SAR programs desired.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
+ Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
+ Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
+ Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
