Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience of 12 years including 11 years specialized experience in related areas.
Required Certification:

Serving as the directly responsible individual / overseeing the end-to-end engineering support experience worldwide for one or more iCloud, Apple Account, Security and feature-sets including related services. Working closely with varying Engineering entities, Operations, Readiness and applicable cross-functional teams throughout product development, launch and support. This Directly Responsible Individual will also be responsible for investigating security & privacy related bugs, vulnerabilities and providing risk assessments.
This engineer will also be responsible for ensuring Support organizations are equipped with the technology and knowledge necessary to deliver NPI. Closely monitoring related top support issues and drivers after product launch, identifying gaps across all Support tiers worldwide in support tools / resources needed to better support the new features. Reviewing server side logs and analytic data to verify intrusion, breach or signs of digital asset compromise. The capability to identify trends in fraud, abuse or gaps within the support experience is needed.
Educating cross-functional teams about Apple’s security features, risks & vulnerabilities within the New Product Security space. Extensive understanding of all Apple products, in particular Apple’s online services and basic security procedural implementations. Investigating fraud and security related escalations from iCloud or Support Engineering that may be associated with Apple Account iCloud or related services. Responding to a subset of technical support tickets from internal Security, Privacy & Support teams worldwide, while delivering immediate workaround, resolutions and driving root cause bug fixes. Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the overall customer experience and support for iCloud. - The Security Support Technician shall assist with security activities, in support of reconstruction projects. This includes the following Tyndall Visitor's Control Center (VCC) activities:

The Security Support Specialist provides the Army Future’s Command (AFC) organizations at Fort Eustis, VA; Fort Leavenworth, KS; White Sands Missile Range, NM; Pittsburgh, PA; Fort Sill, OK; Detroit Arsenal, MI; Redstone Arsenal, AL; Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD; Fort Benning, GA; Natick, MA Picatinny Arsenal, NJ; Raleigh, NC; and Orlando, FL. Appointed as, and perform as, a Special Security Representative, handling SCI related functions, such as VARs, INDOC Asst. coordination, and JWICS 2875s routing in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, the AFC HQs Special Security Officer. Function as SME in foreign disclosure regarding general and areas of the CFT's mission.
Responsibilities- Ensure all security discipline programs (INFOSEC, INDSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC) are adequate to protect classified and sensitive but unclassified information in accordance with the HQ AFC protection benchmarks
- Provide general intelligence security support and training for the local organization and coordinating with the Intelligence Security SMEs at HQ AFC
- Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of policy and guidance for Foreign Disclosure processes and Security & Intelligence functions and receive, record, track, coordinate, process, and disseminate all requests for release of classified information within HQ AFC DOIS or CFT for which they are assigned
- Ensure all disclosures or releases of classified information occur in a Government-to-Government forum. At no time is the contractor to disseminate classified information to the foreign entity or partner.
- Coordinate foreign visits (FV) via the Foreign Visit System, i.e. be capable of accepting, transferring, or rejecting a FV assigned to the CFT; interact with base/installation security, and other security personnel as required to ensure FV access
- Coordinate support to planned and ongoing CPI assessments, critical functions assessments, vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and countermeasures determinations
- Draft general and specific FD guidance for Government review as required, to include 'standing' guidance, to provide foundational FD information and program protection guidance to end-users
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Engineering,Computer Science, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Security Studies or related field or completion of formal military/DoD intelligence training with six (6) years’ experience
- OR eleven (11) years with military/DoD training within the intelligence or security areas as outlined in the general duties/experience
- Broad knowledge and experience in multiple security disciplines (Personnel, Information, Physical, Industrial, classification management and Operations security) to develop, enforce, analyze and interpret security policies under the guidance and direction of AFC HQs Command Security Manager and Special Security Officer
- Understand all related policies, programs and procedures for DoD Security Tasks related to Industrial, Personnel, Information, and Physical Security disciplines
- Experience and be capable of executive level oral and written communication. Familiar with IC standards of analysis and production

+ Directs, manages, and leads the day-to-day activities of the Security Operator team.

The Security Support Clerk is the direct liaison to the client responsible for receiving, processing, revising and completing all incoming requests for additional services from various stakeholder groups within the client's organization globally. The ideal candidate must have great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
The Support Clerk reports directly to the SOR Support Watch Commander. Receive, process and complete all incoming requests for additional services in an efficient and timely manner. Conduct quality control and assurance of all incoming service requests for completeness, accuracy and conformance to established standards and protocols. Review service requests to determine personnel and resource requirements and priorities. Create post orders for all service requests utilizing established policies and procedures. Provide completed service requests to AUS Administrative and Operations leadership staff. Update the database (FileMaker Pro) and contractor log report daily or as needed. Coordinate with AUS leadership staff to assess progress of requests and discuss needed changes. Revise service requests when required due to client request, personnel shortages, backlogs or other interruptions and provide updates to the client and AUS leadership staff. Develop an excellent working relationship with the client, understanding their expectations and utilizing this knowledge to process incoming service requests timely. Provide excellent customer servide to all client requestiors on all matters related to additional service request standards and protocols. Preform other related duties as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:**
+ High School Degree required; AA degree in Business Administration preferred
+ 3- 5 years of administrative experience in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
+ Must have extensive knowledge and proficiency with software programs such as Excel, Word, Keynote, Pages, Numbers and other Office Applications in a MAC OS environment
+ Must be proficient in FileMaker Pro Database
+ Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
