Job Description

We are seeking a senior leader to support our growing credit card business. In this critical role, the individual will lead the Acquisitions Product Strategy team for OneMain's new and fast-growing credit card business. This leader will be responsible for customer segmentation and all aspects of product innovation and development for the card business.
A successful candidate will expand their competencies and grow their business and industry acumen, as well as demonstrate the ability to work on complex processes or projects across the end-to-end product lifecycle. They will gain knowledge to suggest new answers to old questions, develop insights, and push the traditional boundaries of the lending industry.
**In the Role**
+ Lead the development of innovative, customer-centric credit card products that address unmet needs across diverse customer segments
+ Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, motivations, and financial needs through data analysis, research, and direct feedback loops
+ Use advanced analytics and market intelligence to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and whitespace opportunities for new product constructs
+ Translate customer segmentation insights into differentiated product features, pricing strategies, and tailored offers that drive acquisition and engagement
+ Champion a test-and-learn culture by designing and executing experiments to validate new product ideas, features, and customer journeys
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Technology, Design, Marketing, and Risk-to rapidly prototype and launch new product concepts
+ Build scalable frameworks for continuous product iteration based on customer feedback, performance data, and competitive benchmarking
+ Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with strategic growth objectives and reflects evolving customer needs
+ Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative thinking, bold experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
+ Build and develop a high-performing team of analysts focused on customer segmentation, product innovation, and strategic growth
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science
+ 10+ years of analytics or product leadership experience, with significant exposure to credit cards and/or fintechs
+ 5+ years of experience creating customer segmentation and product frameworks, with the ability to communicate risk/reward trade-offs to executive leadership
+ Proven track record of launching innovative financial products or features based on customer insights
+ Deep knowledge of analytical tools and techniques to drive business outcomes _(preferred experience with credit cards and/or fintechs)_
+ Experience in developing digital strategies across financial products and services
+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to gain trust and achieve business objectives
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
+ Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
+ Strong team leader with a focus on employee development and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
+ Ability to synthesize insights across different sources into a comprehensive and holistic strategy
+ Exhibits energy, curiosity, and the ability to frame intelligent questions to uncover issues and drive innovation

The Senior Segmentation Strategist within the Advisor Segmentation team is responsible for leading the development, adoption, and delivery of strategic playbooks that drive segmentation strategies across the branch network. Reporting to the Advisor Segment Leader for each advisor segment team, this role focuses on owning the strategic direction for their assigned segment, including defining needs, behaviors, and value, and driving alignment across matrixed teams to deliver impactful interventions. This role provides business and thought leadership to accelerate progress on firm outcomes and improve the effectiveness and impact of the FA Segmentation function.

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. The **CRM** **Segmentation Analyst** , will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing campaigns by building and delivering accurate audience files across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, social media, mobile app, and SMS, using the Simon CDP platform. The CRM Segmentation Analyst will also create reports that guide operational, strategic, and business initiatives while conducting QA testing of segments, flows, and output files to ensure accuracy and performance. Success in this role requires a strong foundation in marketing concepts across digital, social, email, and call center channels. Attention to detail and a commitment to data security are critical, as you will be responsible for ensuring all campaign files are delivered on time, error-free, and in full compliance with State, Federal, and organizational requirements.
**How You'll Shine:**
+ Deliver and post critical campaign data files, in various formats, for various internal and external business partners to a secure file platform and archive them for historical reference
+ Develop operational reports and dashboards to support the team's performance goals, as well as to research data issues and inquiries
+ Establish and maintain a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual campaign calendar to ensure file deadlines are documented and understood, and necessary coverage is in place
+ Carefully review and test the accuracy and quality of all data files prior to their delivery
**Travel Requirements:**
+ 5% for meetings
**What You'll Bring:**
+ BA/BS in Information Technology, Database Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience
+ Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Power BI, Excel, Power Point)
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Strong communication and writing skills
+ Knowledge of database marketing techniques including profiling, segmenting, extracting and data mining from large transactional databases
+ Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
+ Attention to detail and quality of work
+ Experience coding with SQL, Python, or other
+ Experience working with campaign orchestration technologies (Simon CDP preferred)
+ Experience working with marketing channels including ESP, Digital Ads, Push, SMS and Dialers
+ Experience mining and analyzing data to drive actionable insights and process improvements
+ Experience creating insightful dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or related visualization tools
+ 1-2 years of experience delivering targeted audiences within a multi-channel organization
+ 1-2 years of experience working with campaign orchestration technologies (Simon CDP preferred)
