The QA area is responsible for the testing of computer programming systems and applications including the design, coding, testing and deployment of products and solutions to meet goals of TNS' products

• For this role, we anticipate paying $99,000K - $121,000K annually. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will have broad leeway to analyze problems, propose and implement solutions, and bring new ideas to life. You will participate in all activities pertaining to the analysis, design, development and ongoing maintenance of an in-house Selenium-based framework of automated tests. Automated testing is used to validate CorVel’s proprietary software applications used by both CorVel and our customers. You will work closely with other testers, developers, and subject matter experts to prepare and automate test plans, track automation result data, while aligning results with executive strategy.

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer who will serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert in test automation, with deep experience in Selenium and C#, and strong SQL/database skills. This role does not involve people management, but we are looking for someone who can mentor others, lead technically, and independently drive automation strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality software through robust automated testing and enjoys working in a technically challenging environment with complex applications and data models.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide skilled input for planning, scheduling, and implementation of test automation projects and component level architecture within the automation framework.

PAY RANGE:

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range: $68,696 – $114,313
