**Compensation**
During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $14.81 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is commission-based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.

**Compensation**
Compensation for this position is $16.66 per hour (during the initial training period this rate is $16.66 per hour), plus incentives ranging from 3.2% to 15.0% per commissionable dollar sold. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Please note: Components of incentive compensation are paid both weekly and monthly for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

Maintain accurate job notes and service records in CRM
Follow company procedures and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

EPA 608 Certification REQUIRED
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
