Ben Bridge Jeweler's Corporate office in Seattle is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO & SEM to join the eCommerce Team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, reporting, and optimizing SEO and SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and improve overall online visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis: Monitor traffic performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, Clarity, and SEMrush and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for site improvement.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Off-Page Optimization: Develop strategies to audit and build high-quality backlinks and improve the website's authority and credibility.
- Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords for SEO and SEM campaigns based on business objectives and target audience.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword and audience targeting.
- Technical SEO: Ensure website structure and coding adhere to best practices for search engine crawlability and indexing.
- SEM Partner Management: Work with SEM media partner on media campaigns that drive targeted traffic and achieve campaign goals.
- WCAG 2.1 Compliance: Keeping abreast of the latest accessibility trends, guidelines, and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Stay Updated: Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and SEM to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills :
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO, as well as proficiency in using SEO and SEM tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Content Marketing: Knowledge of content marketing principles and the ability to collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and SEM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using SEO and SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
- Proven track record of managing successful SEO and SEM campaigns that drive targeted traffic and achieve business goals.

Working Standards:

Range: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Advertising
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads campaigns for our apartment buildings.
- Optimize PPC campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Develop retargeting strategies to engage potential renters who have visited our sites.
- Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy.
- Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and marketing performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager .
- Develop custom dashboards and reports to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Identify trends and insights to drive marketing decisions and improve ROI .
- Support marketing automation and CRM integration to improve lead tracking.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive rental inquiries.
- Monitor lead quality and conversion rates from various channels.
- Work with leasing teams to ensure seamless follow-up processes.
- Research and recommend new marketing tools and technologies.

Must-Have:
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience , preferably in real estate, property management, or multi-family housing.

- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager .
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).

COMPENSATION
