Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, reporting, and optimizing SEO and SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and improve overall online visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor traffic performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, Clarity, and SEMrush and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for site improvement.

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Advertising

  • Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads campaigns for our apartment buildings.
  • Optimize PPC campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Develop retargeting strategies to engage potential renters who have visited our sites.

Website Analytics & Data Analysis
  • Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and marketing performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager .

  • Support marketing automation and CRM integration to improve lead tracking.
Lead Generation & Performance Optimization

SEO & Website Optimization

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must-Have:

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager .
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).

COMPENSATION
