TrueCommerce is seeking an account manager to serve as their Trading Partner Management Specialist. The Trading Partner Management Specialist is an entry-level role that focuses on relationship management with large companies that are Trading Partners with our customers. In order to collaborate and nurture relationships, you must be confident, detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and have strong interpersonal communication and empathy.

As a Trading Partner (Account) Management Specialist, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Trading Partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Trading Partners, positioning TrueCommerce as their preferred EDI provider.

  • Gather new Trading Partner data to analyze and conduct research to generate onboarding reports and present report to management. 
  • Maintain accurate Trading Partner test instructions.
  • Update and maintain information in SharePoint and NetSuite. Document internal process and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
  • Facilitate and assist any issues that the Trading Partner had brought up.
  • Become a subject matter expert in systems like NetSuite, TC.net, and B2B platforms to support account management and reporting.

Requirements for success:

  • Associate degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience as an account manager
  • 1-2 years experience in software support, client services, or call center environment is preferred
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to research, analyze, and present partner data and reports to senior leadership.

  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and master and work within multiple systems and workflows. Experience with NetSuite and SharePoint is preferred.

  • EDI knowledge is preferred.
  • Proactive problem solver who can spot risks and drive continuous improvement.

  • Self-Starter who has a sense of urgency and is results focused.

This role is part of the Private & Non-Profit Liability team which provides financial protection to private and non-profit companies. Team members work in a fast-paced environment that analyzes complex data related to financial performance, industry and economic exposures, and risk management practices. Coverages range from Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, CyberRisk, Kidnap and Ransom, Crime, and Identity Fraud Expense Reimbursement.
As an Account Underwriter, Private & Non-Profit, you will build relationships with agents and brokers to provide insurance or surety solutions to customers through various communication and collaboration platforms such as email, phone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and limited in-person engagements. You will work closely with assigned Account Executive(s) and enterprise partners to analyze and evaluate risk to achieve business goals within an assigned book of business.

**What Will You Do?**
+ Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of a typically smaller assigned book of business largely composed of existing accounts.
+ Underwrite and negotiate routine customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
+ Partner with leadership to execute business unit underwriting strategies across your book of business to achieve profit and growth objectives.
+ Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners within the business unit and across the enterprise to identify cross-selling opportunities.

**Position Summary:**
The Key Account Manager (Hospital/Pharma) will be responsible for the Sales performance, protocol development and contracting within Key Accounts of the assigned geographic territory through successful execution of Marketing strategies. The role is responsible for developing business plans to grow business through building relationships with key decision makers and influencers including big hospital systems, clinics and specialty pharmacies. The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for focused customer engagement and sales presentations to specific targets to support to expand the GI Pharma platform. This role will also work with appropriate IDN Hospital personnel in regards to transition of care and discharge protocols.

**Responsibilities:**
- Account development and planning through identification of individual account business model and process, including key decision makers, influencers, and protocol; with focus on patient discharge and transition of care process.
- Focus on driving growth among Hospital accounts, GI/Critical Care target and new accounts; Must meet/exceed sales and profit objectives in assigned accounts and territory.
- Educate targeted healthcare providers on the benefits of a novel GI therapy (Vowst) within assigned territory.
- Develop/assess hospital account protocols, infectious disease and GI healthcare environment, and appropriately create and execute the account management and selling process in a manner that is concise, compliant, professional and persuasive; and which addresses a need and leads the customer to action.
- Develop and communicate deep scientific understanding of GI disorders, assigned, and competitive products within the GI marketplace.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders within the GI community.
- Develop and implement a territory specific business plan and utilize all available resources to foster a successful sales environment.
- Effectively convey complex clinical and reimbursement product information to key stakeholders in a highly competitive marketplace.
- Execute a customer-centric needs-based selling approach with targeted Healthcare Providers and accounts.
- Utilize the sales reporting systems on a regular basis for call preparation, to record and track sales activity and to gather market intelligence data.
- Organize meetings and deliver content to health care professionals on the topic of GI and nutrition aligned with tangible account objects and metrics as defined by the customer.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree in Nursing, Dietetics, MBA or Pharm.D. is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of Pharma Sales experience with demonstrated success of selling Specialty Medical products into Hospitals (Medical Device, Infectious Disease, Rare Disease or GI) required.
- Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required.
- Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).
- Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Must have current or prior strategic account planning, strong business acumen, as well as strong financial and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of value-based selling and experience with negotiating, clinical influence and account penetration/call planning is required.
- Must be able to work through change management and must be agile.

**What You'll Be Brewing:**
+ Develop and maintain account plan for assigned on-premise regional chains and key accounts (particularly high-volume spirits led accounts with little beer volume and presence). Develop annual Joint Business Plan utilizing customer discovery and alignment techniques, and update as the year unfolds including programming, drink menus, and other revenue-driving promotional activities, sell-in of new products and distribution. Identify and make plan imperatives & needed resources, including managing trade spend budgets.
+ Ensure delivery of volume, profit, and share targets. Own local execution and sell into national on-premise chains. Coordinate with the National Accounts non-alc on-premise team to ensure local compliance with mandates. Create local plans to augment national mandates locally including sell-in of additional SKUs, programing and drink menus, local cocktail features. Build and execute programming such as pop-ups.
+ Customer Stewardship: Improve Molson Coors Beverage Company's relationship and alignment with the account(s). Network across spirits brands/ ambassadors, local bartender groups, USBG to broaden reach of Fever-Tree and other MCBC non-alc brands appropriate to NA on-premise channel plan.
+ Execution Management: Coordinate alignment of programming with management units and distributors. Work with marketing resources to develop and deliver customized programming. Coordinate distributor price reporting for customer. Align supply chain resources to satisfy customer requirements, aligned with strategy. Regional/store visits to check on execution and opportunities.
+ Education and Training: Train hotel bar restaurant staff on drink trends, Fever-Tree brand knowledge, types, and mixability (and other MCBC NA brands). Support training at distributors on cocktail creation, selling drink menus to independents, and current trends in mixology.
+ Be an active participant in driving the overall culture of the non-alc team, as we prove that innovative mindsets and positive attitudes can truly help transform our organization.
