Responsibilities:

• Analyze Customer GP Trend by payer source

• Analyze Customer GP Trend by drug type (RX, B/G, IV, OTC, Misc charges)

• Analyze Outside Customer data files for Contract compliance

• Analyze Outside Customer data files for new pricing proposal

• Review Customer Pricing detail to backup Customer Billing

• Assure Customers are billed at contracted rate

• Propose rates for customer price Re-negotiation

• Review large Customer Pricing discrepancy when requested by client

• Assist on projects involving data analysis

• Brand Generic trend,

• Overall pharmacy GP%

• Part D reimbursement Trends

• published pricing loaded in system

• Review Cost and Sales for abnormal trends

• Review billing errors and review process to correct going forward

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.

• Microsoft word, excel, PDF experience preferred.

• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

• Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions.

• Ability to work independently and team player.

• Assistance in maintaining metrics essential for accurate reporting to management on this initiative.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining

• 2+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis

• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources

• Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses and visualization of targeted data sources

• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Natural Language Processing

• Knowledge of text mining or machine learning techniques

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, or SQL/NoSQL

• 2+ years of experience with Distributed data or computing tools, including MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL

• 2+ years of experience with Machine Learning, AI or NLP

• Experience with visualization packages, including Plotly, Seaborn, or ggplot2

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Master's degree

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Data Analysis to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed data requirements, including data interfaces and mappings
• Perform data analysis, interpret data, and participate actively in data sourcing activities, acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for data-related inquiries
• Create and maintain comprehensive business and technical requirement documents to guide data initiatives; design and implement robust data quality checks and support data modeling efforts to ensure high data integrity and usefulness
• Participate actively in project management processes, including effort estimation, attending regular meetings with project managers and developers, and contributing to the creation of test plans, project plans, and implementation plans
• Work closely with developers to ensure proper understanding and adherence to data specifications; support quality assurance processes and user acceptance testing to ensure data solutions meet business requirements
• Provide ongoing post-production support for maintenance and enhancement of data solutions; lead and mentor other team members, promoting best practices in data modeling, data quality, and metadata management

• Minimum five years of recent experience in data analysis, data sourcing, and integration
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing SQL databases, and experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx
• Practical experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and data quality projects; familiarity with working with Big Data technologies, particularly with Azure Data Lake
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex data mappings, sessions, workflows, and identify optimization opportunities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team; strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
