Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide technical support to the Army Contracting Enterprise (ACE) through Army Enterprise Service Desk cases, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of issues.
- Provide on-call resolution for mission critical issues and document solutions within the case management system.
- Coordinate with the ACE user community, which includes onboarding new users into applications, setting up user accounts, providing instruction, troubleshooting login issues, escalating connection problems, and managing the user service desk requests.

- Experience working on one or more end-to-end Appian BPM or UI implementation (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package)
- Good understanding of Appian Objects such as Records, Sites, Actions, Security, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models
- Constants, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, etc.
- Skills to leverage Appian technical documentation and Appian user community to build new prototypes as required
- Hands-on development on Appian (18x/19x/20x) BPM applications, including SAIL code
- Expertise in designing and implementing BPM solutions for process simplification, case management and role-based applications
- Exceptional knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian, etc.
- Experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, Reports and Deployment, etc.
- Expertise in business Integration deployment and human task management using Appian 18 and higher versions
- Ability to do root cause analysis on production issues reported by business users
- Able to work independently on assignments based on specific requirements
- Experience with database design
- Expertise in using CI/CD Pipeline for Appian
Pay Range: $55.06-$63.06
