Salary range : $130,000 - $150,000 depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the design of luxury homes with a deep understanding of client vision, site, topography, and regional character.
  • Create and champion high-quality design solutions from concept through completion, blending innovation with real-world constructability.
  • Guide and inspire a growing team, overseeing visualization, deliverables, and design execution.
  • Design to varying possibilities while maintaining design excellence across all price points.
  • Actively share your luxury design expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful business development and project outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • The ability to communicate compellingly, think visually, and design exceptional luxury homes that thoughtfully respond to regional context and character.
