Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Complex Projects: Take charge of large remodels and advanced repair projects across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, tile, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and exterior repairs) including but not limited to bathroom remodels and deck refacing.
Diagnose & Plan: Assess challenging home projects and develop accurate solutions, work plans, and estimates. Use your expertise to set clear expectations and ensure success from start to finish.
Run the Jobsite: Self-manage your projects, keeping everything on schedule, safe, and running smoothly. Lead others on the jobsite with confidence, providing direction and guidance when needed.
Be the Brand Expert: Represent Ace Handyman Services with professionalism, integrity, and consistency. Show others what “done right” looks like by modeling best practices and high standards.
Delight Customers: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during projects. Communicate clearly and kindly, making sure every customer feels respected, informed, and thrilled with the final result.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
At minimum of 10+ years of broad, hands-on experience in multiple trades required (i.e. plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, and painting)
Have their own tools from everyday essentials to power tools, and specialty tools
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train other craftsmen.
Estimating experience is a bonus
Mathematical Skills:
Strong math skills required for advanced estimating, measurements, and complex project planning.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with tablet and/or phone use for estimating, time keeping, dispatching, and purchasing
