Software Engineering Manager Responsibilities- Engineering Coach: Provide specific and balanced feedback, and have regular one-on-one meetings

As part of our Manufacturing Engineering Project team, the primary function of this position will be to drive the development and execution of corporate strategy and innovation capital projects for Keurig Dr Pepper manufacturing locations. As a Sr Engineering Manager / Technology Lead in our Product Technology and Innovation organization, you are responsible for the delivery of innovative, market leading platforms and products that continue to improve the education technology industry. • Conducts site inspections to validate and record infrastructure damage to include: taking photographs, making site sketches, and writing detailed damage descriptions. Develops and reviews scopes of work and cost estimates, including code and standard requirements.
• Reviews and analyzes engineering reports, designs, and as-built plans.

The Engineering Specialist applies broad professional knowledge of engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges and ensure compliance with federal construction standards to meet specific client needs. Pay Rate: 199,500 – 249,400 – 299,300 Annually
Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement.
