Job Description:
- Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure overall project success.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements project management best practices using a stage-gate FEL framework and risk management techniques.

- Experience in project engineering or management position and familiarity with capital project and plant responsibilities; construction focus desired. PMP training/certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of state, local and U.S. Government regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and industry standards.
- Working knowledge, and understanding with various rotating equipment currently utilized, or planned to be utilized, within the operating facility is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, and presentation) with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization.

The Project Engineer (PE) is responsible for all on-site project administration and for management of the office engineers and jobsite administrator. + A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management.
+ Minimum of 2-4 years' experience on large commercial construction projects

**Essential Duties:**
+ Assist the project manager and superintendents as follows:

+ Assist with engineering details and special design.
