In this position, you will be responsible for the development, design, optimization, verification, and fan out of these circuits to all DRAM related projects at Micron. Use of both analog and digital CMOS design skills needed to work on the high-speed IO circuits you would be responsible for. Also, responsible for working with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of circuits you design. Will also work with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel in designing the circuits to be used on Micron's next groundbreaking process node.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leading innovative design and development of high-speed integrated circuits
+ Development and optimization of circuit models and simulations
+ Mental agility is a must for a IO Circuit Design Engineer as we work with all product types (commodity, mobile, graphics) and product teams in parallel with silicon validation efforts
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 10 or more years in analog design and simulation experience required
+ 10 or more years in High-speed IO circuit design include receiver and transmitter circuit design experience
+ Proficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)
+ Demonstrated ability of at least 5 years with circuit verification and optimization including layout verification and parasitic extractions of the circuits
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and written
+ Prior experience in channel modeling and characterization, transceiver noise and timing budget analysis, equalization techniques, SI knowledge, etc
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated ability of 7+ years in IO Design with a Masters or PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related technical field.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $110,000 annually, plus a manager bonus. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Represents and leads the study team to design, develop and deliver the clinical study to agree upon timelines.
+ Leads planning and communication with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution and conduct of the clinical trial; generates quality clinical data.

The base salary range for this role is $143,920 to $179,900. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.

About the Role:
As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
Focus is on Building Management deployment.
What You'll Do:
· Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
· Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
· Define the project delivery resources from internal teams.
· Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
· Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
· Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
· Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
· Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
· Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

What You'll Need:
· Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of
experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
· Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
· Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
· Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

The Sr. Engineer will join the Facility Group to manage, plan, direct, and coordinate facility project activities to ensure projects are accomplished within the approved scope, budget, and schedule. **Job Responsibilities:**

+ Create cost management solutions for facility projects. Manage vendors, engineers, and consultants to ensure facility projects are completed on budget and per schedules.
+ Responsible for project management, project planning, budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and project cost analyses.
+ Review and evaluate bid proposals/estimates with procurement.
+ Manage facility projects and project planning efforts, including both new installations and upgrades to existing facilities.

$90,000.00 - $125,000.00
