PRIMARY FUNCTION :
Appropriately and accurately evaluate the cost of a project during all phases of preconstruction from

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Understanding of all facets of commercial construction including, but not limited to, higher-education, institutional, office, retail, health care, warehouse/manufacturing, and multi-unit residential
- Knowledge of Pittsburgh Market preferred, but not required.
- Ideal candidate will have excellent writing and verbal communication, organizational, time management
- and problem-solving skills.
- Intrapersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, and influence) are essential, as are the abilities to both lead and
