V2X's National Security Solutions (NSS) has an immediate opportunity for a Farsi Linguist / Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analyst. This position will be based at our customer site at Suitland, Maryland.
Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
As a Farsi Linguist / Publicly Available Information (PAI) Analyst, you will provide Farsi language translations and analysis regarding counterproliferation in the Middle East. The analyst will support our U.S. Navy customer along with a team of all source analysts and linguists using advanced tools and techniques to exploit PAI and integrate with classified data to produce high-quality analytic intelligence products. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Conduct Farsi language translations and first line analysis from both publicly available/open source intelligence resources and classified sources using advanced analytic tools, methodologies, and tradecraft Conduct OSINT tool and tradecraft training as required, spanning anywhere from 1 hour to three days in duration - Conduct research on vessels of interest using various resources and apply information to briefings, RFIs, and finished intelligence products - Support the development of new collection capabilities and analytic products/projects - Attend and facilitate meetings (including classified), prepare agendas, track action items, and distribute minutes

**Compensation at Pearson** is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $65,000 - $75,000.
