**What you'll do**
+ Manages team member accommodations based on disability, religion, and pregnancy.
+ Serve as the single point of contact for a team member throughout their accommodation request.
+ Conducts thorough review of information as it relates to the team member's ability to perform essential job functions.
+ Communicates with the team member and leadership team to explore accommodation options to properly disposition the team member's request in a fair/equitable and legal manner.
+ Thoroughly documents the interactive process, ensuring proper forms are completed, and retained in the case notes.
+ Explains and interprets company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures for the team member and their leader which includes ability to explain any aspect of Absence Management policies and procedures.
+ Works with accommodations adjacent absence management teams to provide options to team members and leaders when an accommodation is not appropriate.
+ Serves as an advocate for the team member.
+ Partners with:
+ Internal and external legal counsel and labor when appropriate.
+ Outside vendors to facilitate possible accommodations
+ Communicates with medical professionals regarding confidential medical information, related to the team member's accommodation request.
+ Represent the Accommodations, Absence Management, and People Teams on various projects and committees.
+ Partners with the business to provide continuing education and guidance on the accommodations process.
+ Manage caseload independently and efficiently from initial creation to case disposition, with minimal supervision
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/training
+ 5 years of human resources experience
+ 3 years supervisory experience
+ Minimum 1 year experience handling accommodation related requests
+ Advanced knowledge of municipal, state, and federal employment laws including, but not limited to: American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pregnant Worker's Fairness Act (PWFA), Title VII and comparable state/local laws.
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**

+ CLMS Certification
+ Masters in human resources, Business, or relevant field
