**Required Qualifications**

+ **Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Vyond.**

+ **Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and work effectively within the Technical Training Group as well as with stakeholders and SMEs (clients) across the organization.**
+ **Ability to independently complete quality instructional design documentation.**
