As a Technical Program Manager Intern, you will design product architecture and develop solutions to complex technical needs, while identifying trends in product quality and performance, to deliver on the roadmap. **Responsibilities**
+ Lead the development and implementation process for products and services typically involving large, complex cross-functional implementation with multiple internal teams or external partners.
+ Responsible for specific features in our technology solutions for the full product cycle, working on the initial feature planning and design, managing the specifications of development, and monitoring on-going operations to better understand customer experiences.
+ Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure our products exceed customer expectations, while delivering on the roadmap.
+ Communicate throughout the process to understand progress towards delivery, technical challenges, and to provide clarity on customer needs using a data driven approach.
+ Demonstrate an ability to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes to leverage in your solutions.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Candidate must be enrolled in a full time bachelor's or masters program in an area relevant for the role during the academic term immediately before their internship.
+ Must have at least one semester or term of school remaining following the completion of the internship
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
+ 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
The base pay range for this internship is USD $5610.00 - $1010.00 per month. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD 7270.00 - 12030.00 per month.
