**Responsibilities**
We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

**Qualifications**
+ Must have a Bachelors degree, or be currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program within 2 semesters of graduating.
+ Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the Wireless Semiconductor Divisions Logistics and Physical Distribution departments. This position relates to all activities involved in the management of product movement; that is, delivering the right product to the right place at the right time for the right price. The Logistics Manager will be a key leader in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies and plans to improve department efficiency and customer service. Manage and lead a team comprised of Distribution Supervisors, Logistics Analysts and Logistics Support personnel responsible for ensuring compliance with local and global trade regulations and freight payment. Stay abreast of changes in international trade laws, regulations and transportation market conditions and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Develop and implement Logistics, Distribution and Trade Compliance policies and procedures.

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,900 - $171,000
