We are now hiring for openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. **Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $77,000 per year with scheduled increases at the sixth and twelfth months of employment.

This role is located at one of our rental branches on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

The starting compensation for this job is $19.00/hour.

**Responsibilities**
When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

**Qualifications**
+ Must be a Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026.
+ Must have a Business or Communications related major.
+ Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience.
+ Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years) criminal, employment reference, education and social security. A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you for employment. Rather, such factors as age and date of conviction, seriousness and nature of the crime, and rehabilitation will be considered. Applicants will not be asked about their criminal record and no criminal background checks will be conducted unless and until a conditional offer of employment has been extended.
+ Must have a valid driver's US license for one year.
+ No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
+ Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
+ Must live on the Eastern Shore
+ Must be able to start January 2026
+ Must be able to commit to a 25 hour work week.
+ Must be able to commit to 12 weeks.

Social Worker (LMSW) Position Summary

The primary function of the social worker is to coordinate the patients care collaboratively across all departments, disciplines and providers. Ensures appropriate resource utilization while providing appropriate and safe discharge planning. The ability to mentor and supervise in terms distinguishes this position from the undergraduate social worker.

Social Worker's are responsible for conducting assessments to identify social determinants of health and possible discharge needs like home health, medical equipment, community resources, etc. They help execute this plan alongside a multidisciplinary team at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, and work to connect patients to follow-up services, including those patients being treated for a wide variety of medical, substance, mental and related illnesses. Patient Care Management Social Workers also conduct assessments within the Women's and Children Division for mothers and children that are identified as high risk and to help connect them to the appropriate resources and referrals, such as: social services reporting, medical equipment, community agencies, etc.

Social Worker (LMSW) Position Requirements

Education
  • Graduate of a master's degree program in social work from a college or university approved by the Council of Social Work.
  • Licensure as a Social Worker in the state of MD required.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in social work or related capacity preferably in medical/health setting preferred.
Social Worker (LMSW) Work Schedule
  • Day shift 7:30am-5:30pm; Monday-Friday,
  • Evening and weekend work as assigned.
Social Worker (LMSW) Benefits
  • At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
