As a Technology Finance & Business Management Lead within the Consumer & Community Banking Finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects and strategic planning of the Consumer & Community Banking's technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all budget, forecast, cost optimization, and approval processes related to the Consumer & Community Banking's technology infrastructure. **Job responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with Technology Leadership to manage all aspects of financial management, including the development of an annual budget with a multi-year outlook, monthly reporting and forecasting, and headcount, expense, and allocation management.
+ Work closely with the business to establish key performance metrics aligned with our transformation goals, and effectively communicate the savings achieved through these initiatives.
+ Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 finance professionals, overseeing all financial aspects of a large technology organization.
+ Define and maintain key metrics and performance indicators to measure efficiency, including workforce, vendor, and infrastructure strategies.
+ Prepare detailed analyses and presentation materials for senior management forums, ensuring clear and effective communication of financial insights.
+ Define and track the 'total cost of ownership' to facilitate robust discussions on expense levers and improve the technology cost structure.

**Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities:**
