We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

**Qualifications**

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the B-2 Band 1 RF Front End (RFFE) Redesign program, a critical component of the B-2 Full Digital Transition sustainment activity. This program aims to develop a form-fit-function redesign of a legacy B-2 line replaceable unit (LRU), ensuring the continued service of the platform and supporting the warfighter's mission.
The Work
As a Program Manager in this role, you will:
- Oversee the development of the RFFE redesign, including design reviews, qualification, test equipment development, and production
- Lead day-to-day program execution tasks, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk/opportunity management
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure successful performance, utilizing digital transformation and data-driven decision-making to optimize outcomes
- Serve as the primary program leader, conducting internal reviews and customer briefings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Manage programs with annual revenues of $100-250 million, with a high level of complexity and risk, and multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and partners
- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams
- Develop and execute complex program plans, including resource allocation and scheduling
- Manage and control program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Higher, or equivalent experience/combined education
- A current US Secret clearance
- Prior program management leadership experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex programs on time, on budget, and to customer satisfaction
- Experience in proposal management and Earned Value Management systems
- Ability to work independently, accomplishing business and program goals without day-to-day direction and tasking
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Airborne EW programs is desired, as well as motivational, mentorship, and negotiation skills necessary to achieve program performance
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to make decisions that impact program performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate across multiple disciplines, providing leadership and vision for the program, and prior program management leadership experience in development and cost-type contracts is highly desired.
