The **Strategic Planning Manager** acts as an internal consultant and facilitator for overall Strategic Planning activities and processes relevant to the BayCare Health System. Areas of focus include BayCare Health System's various divisions (e.g. ambulatory, inpatient, physician, homecare, post-acute, nursing, pharmacy), system-wide service lines, associated hospitals (e.g., general acute, tertiary, behavioral health) and an employed multispecialty physician group.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leading senior management in the design and implementation of project plans to frame our health system strategic initiatives, and meet deliverables and target deadlines, managing multi-disciplinary strategic planning projects ranging from single projects to complex engagements with multiple workstreams for the development of plans in support of service lines, hospitals, and other areas of the care continuum.
+ Analyzing current and future market and population data, synthesizing business intelligence, industry and market trends/data into information and knowledge to drive strategic decision making.
+ Supporting analyses of business development opportunities, conducting future geographic footprint studies including prioritization for key components of the care continuum (e.g. physician, ambulatory, inpatient).
+ Supporting the strategic study component of evaluating potential joint ventures and acquisitions, developing historical, current and projected market and facility demand for healthcare services, completing physician community and strategic manpower analyses.
+ Monitoring and reporting State regulatory activities, and supporting community health needs assessment activities.
+ In the management of the activities above, the Strategic Planning Manager, in coordination with their direct supervisor and other strategic planning managers, may train, supervise, mentor and manage the performance of the other team members in the department.

Cherry Bekaert's Strategic Financing Services Advisory Team (SFS) is looking for a New Markets Tax Credits Applications and Strategic Planning Director (Director). We offer an opportunity to work with a team of experts with a deep track record in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation applications, CDFI Fund Applications, other Government and Philanthropic funding applications, strategic planning services for community development entities and projects, NMTC placement and deployment assistance, and NMTC compliance and asset management services.
The Director will oversee the Application and Strategic Planning activities for Community Development Entities (CDEs), Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), Community Lenders and Nonprofits (collectively Community Development Organizations). The Director will work with the Community Development Organizations to help them build internal and external capacity, clarify their Mission, Vision and Values (MVV), formalize their strategic plans and execute their strategic plans so that they holistically work towards upholding and achieving their MVV as they expand and add new services. The Director will lead a team of Application Writers and Community Development Specialists, manage the process of writing NMTC Applications, manage the grant writing and applications process for clients seeking funding from other funding programs, and expand the portfolio of clients. The Director will work collaboratively internally and externally to achieve measurable results for the team, the clients and the communities our clients serve.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

What you bring to the role:

This business line will consist of joint ventures between Anywhere Integrated Services' wholly owned title and closing companies and participating Anywhere Brands real estate affiliates.
This role will be responsible for supporting Upward's go to market roadmap; and leading the collaboration with partners and leadership to build a high-impact business plan for each new company. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner Management - Support ownerships of broker-owner relationships, input, and questions from Anywhere franchisees during the 3-6 month implementation phase. Own relationships with partners post-launch and develop a programmatic approach for ongoing partner success.

+ Assists in interactions and briefs on domain of responsibility with regulators from the OCC, FED, FDIC, and CFPB as well as prepare Board and Senior Management level reports related to IT/IS risk.
+ Builds and oversees a team of employees (6-10 to start) for assigned functional area through ongoing execution of recruiting, development, retention, coaching and support, performance management, and managerial activities.
**Minimum Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
**Minimum Experience:**
+ 10 years of risk management, regulatory or operations experience in a functional area such as insurance, banking, or financial services with 5 years of this experience focused on Information Security, Business Continuity, Physical Security or Corporate Investigations.
+ 4 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams.
+ Industry certification(s) in Information Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or Business Continuity (e.g., ABCP, CBCP) or Risk Management (e.g., CRISC) or Physical Security (e.g., CPP).
+ Demonstrated experience working with and applying Risk, Security or Audit frameworks (FFIEC, COBIT, COSO, ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, SSAE16).
+ Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations applicable to financial institutions.
+ Experience making data-driven decisions.
+ Experience working with external agencies and regulators.
+ Broad knowledge of information technology systems and general system development principles.
**What sets you apart:**
+ 7+ years of risk management, regulatory or operations experience in a functional area such as **insurance, banking, or financial services.**
+ 10+ years experience focused on **Information Security, Data, Risk Management** , evaluating the design and development of software.
+ 3+ years experience with **artificial intelligence (AI)** and machine learning principles, including responsible AI use case evaluations and deployment.
+ 10+ years hands-on experience integrating security throughout the **Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)** , including component analysis, static and dynamic scanning (SAST/DAST), penetration testing, and comprehensive application security testing across build, deploy, and maintenance phases.
+ Proven ability to develop high-impact materials and deliver concise, insight-driven presentations to executive leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable recommendations that influence strategic decision-making.
**Compensation range:** The salary range for this position is: $169,880.00 - $305,780.00 **.**

**Compensation:** USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position.
