1. Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring the timely, safe, and reliable transportation of students by maintaining high standards of vehicle readiness and route execution.
2. Partner with Terminal Directors to ensure that all buses are fully operational before the start of each school day and confirm route readiness for the following day by the end of each shift.
3. Lead and manage fleet operations staff, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in professionalism, collaboration, and accountability. Conduct evaluations, coach team members, and support ongoing professional development.
4. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance fleet reliability, reduce operating costs, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance and logistics functions.

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team on an upcoming Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J-3/5/7 Operations and Strategic Support contract based at DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD and MacDill AFB, FL, with flexible telework options. This opportunity involves supporting DISA's J-3/5/7 Directorate, which directs and synchronizes the DISA Network (DISN) to enable Joint Cyberspace Operations. The contractor will contribute to operational planning, strategic initiatives, program assessment, and task order management across four major task areas. Responsibilities include developing cyber operation plans, supporting DISA planning groups, advising senior leaders, delivering key policy documents and assessments, coordinating strategic communications, and supporting governance processes.

The NYC Department of Design and Construction seeks a Strategic Planning Coordinator to work within the Office of the Commissioner, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer as a member of the Strategic Initiatives team. The role of the Strategic Planning Coordinator will be to support the agency’s capital reform efforts, process improvements, and critical projects and programs. Specific tasks will include preparing reports, briefings, and other communications for internal and external audiences; tracking critical project and program issues; coordinating meetings with multiple stakeholders; and monitoring and supporting implementation of strategic initiatives.
The Strategic Initiatives team advances key agency priorities and oversees policy and process changes as part of DDC’s Strategic Blueprint, a roadmap to capital delivery reform, working collaboratively with DDC’s divisions to ensure that DDC is a leader in capital project delivery. The team oversees the Blueprint and supports implementation across DDC’s divisions, represents DDC in citywide strategic planning efforts, aligns DDC’s external reporting and metrics with strategic priorities, and liaises with partner agencies, City Hall, and industry leaders to advance the agency’s policy agenda. In addition, the team provides support to critical projects and programs, key Commissioner’s Offices priorities, and interagency and intergovernmental coordination.
