DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team on an upcoming Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J-3/5/7 Operations and Strategic Support contract based at DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD and MacDill AFB, FL, with flexible telework options. This opportunity involves supporting DISA's J-3/5/7 Directorate, which directs and synchronizes the DISA Network (DISN) to enable Joint Cyberspace Operations. The contractor will contribute to operational planning, strategic initiatives, program assessment, and task order management across four major task areas. Responsibilities include developing cyber operation plans, supporting DISA planning groups, advising senior leaders, delivering key policy documents and assessments, coordinating strategic communications, and supporting governance processes.
This position offers remote work flexibility.

Primary Level Salary Range: $171,400.00 - $257,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. This role reports into an executive leader at Anywhere Integrated Services. Our team is focused on designing and building out Anywhere's new business line under a new brand, Upward Title & Closing. This business line will consist of joint ventures between Anywhere Integrated Services' wholly owned title and closing companies and participating Anywhere Brands real estate affiliates.
This role will be responsible for supporting Upward's go to market roadmap; and leading the collaboration with partners and leadership to build a high-impact business plan for each new company. We are looking for a passionate and experienced strategist who will help to own both external partnerships and financial modeling for our suite of companies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner Management - Support ownerships of broker-owner relationships, input, and questions from Anywhere franchisees during the 3-6 month implementation phase. Own relationships with partners post-launch and develop a programmatic approach for ongoing partner success.
