Your Team
MAG's Transportation Division team provides strategic leadership, oversight, expertise, and support to guide regional mobility and infrastructure development. The team serves as the central hub for transportation decision making, policy development, data analysis, and coordination with member agencies and stakeholders. It supports long-range planning efforts, oversees the allocation of regional and federal funding, and ensures compliance with federal and state requirements.
The Position
MAG is seeking an energetic, motivated, detail and team oriented professional to support the Transportation Division's Administration and Resource Management function. Main responsibilities include:
- Provides budget review, management of on-call procurement lists and task orders, assistance with general procurement activities and contract management, oversight of transportation project tracking, and coordination of travel requests within the division.
- Facilitates preparation and execution of policy and technical committee agendas and meetings. Assists with various administrative activities during policy committee meetings. Provides presentation support.
- Prepares and distributes committee agenda materials, public meeting notices, and assistance with committee and stakeholder meetings.
- Manages the Transportation Division 12-month policy committee agenda tracking system and supports internal agenda planning meetings.
- Supports and manages special projects at the direction of the transportation leadership team.
- Drafts documentation for procedures and processes. Manages the standardization of transportation documents and conducts a regular review of key agency documents.

**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Control Management Officer who will serve as an important member of the Front-Line Control organization and is accountable for assessing and ensuring effective management and control of associated risks for Chief Data Office (CDO).
This role is part of the team that counsels DMI leadership on risk and control issues, issue management and remediation, regulatory interactions and engagement with Data Domains and their teams. As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
- Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
- Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
- Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
- Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
