As a Vice President in the dynamic Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) Portfolio Management & Data Insights team at JPMorgan Chase, you'll be at the forefront of anticipating and managing new risks. Your role will involve strategic planning, problem-solving, and collaboration with senior leaders across various departments. You'll oversee RM&C's substantial technology budget, monitor investment progress, and promote governance on strategic digital transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and resilience. You'll provide oversight and governance on RM&C's half a billion dollar technology budget, monitoring ongoing progress on our investments while creating transparency to maximize benefits. You will also play a pivotal role in promoting the governance on strategic digital transformation initiatives (e.g. Large Language Models).
Job Responsibilities
- Take charge of our technology investment portfolio, ensuring that every decision supports our mission to innovate and grow. Your leadership will guide the effective allocation and utilization of resources.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks that keep our technology investments on track and aligned with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will ensure compliance and drive success.
- Craft detailed technology portfolio and financial reports that tell the story of our investments. Your insights will provide clarity and direction, helping us make informed decisions.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success of our technology portfolio. Collaborate with business leads to ensure we're realizing the full potential of our investments.
- Standardize the way we define and capture business benefits and return on investment (ROI). Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will empower our stakeholders.
- Work hand-in-hand with business leads to craft compelling investment cases and oversee the approval process for new technology demands. Your collaboration will drive our annual budget cycle.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- You bring at least 10 years of experience, ideally with a background in Finance or Accounting. Your proven track record in managing large-scale technology investment portfolios sets you apart.
- Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, combined with advanced analytical skills, will be invaluable as you assess and optimize our technology strategies.
- You're a strategic thinker who thrives on aligning technology investments with business goals and driving continuous improvement.
- Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to prepare executive-level communications with clarity and impact.

Job Description
The Tailings Management Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the safe design, operation, and closure of tailings storage systems. This position supports the development and implementation of tailings management strategies in alignment with regulatory requirements, company policy, and the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM).
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, operation, and inspection of tailings facilities in collaboration with geotechnical engineers and site teams
Monitor tailings performance data (e.g., water balance, pore pressure, stability) and provide technical insights
Contribute to risk assessments and implementation of risk mitigation measures
Assist in the preparation and review of operational, technical, and regulatory reports
Participate in inspections, audits, and dam safety reviews
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international tailings regulations and standards (e.g., GISTM, CDA, ICMM)
Maintain records of construction, operations, monitoring data, and incident reports
Support tailings governance programs, including review boards and third-party evaluations
Promote a strong safety and environmental culture across operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of experience in tailings, water management, geotechnical, or mine operations (entry-level applicants with relevant co-op/internship experience will be considered)
Familiarity with tailings lifecycle management, water balance modeling, and geotechnical instrumentation
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and environmental permitting related to TSFs
Excellent data analysis, reporting, and technical writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and in remote environments
Willingness to travel to mine or project sites as needed
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Experience with slope stability and seepage modeling software (e.g., GeoStudio suite, Slide2, SEEP/W)
Knowledge of GISTM, CDA Dam Safety Guidelines, or ICMM Tailings Position Statement
EIT or pursuing Professional Engineer (P.Eng./P.E.) designation
Fluency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese (for international operations)

We are working with a well established Interventional Pain Management practice near New York City that is seeking Fellowship trained Pain physicians.
Candidates can be Residency Trained in PM&R, Anesthesia or Neurology. Must have Pain Fellowship training.
Full-Time or Part-Time: A couple of options exist for Full-Time or Part-Time work with the practice i.e. 2 - 3 days/week doing Pain procedures only and can also share office space at either of their locations and can have your own practice etc.
Ownership also an option - take over the practice!
