**Responsibilities**
We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

**Qualifications**
+ Must have a Bachelors Degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
+ Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
+ No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).

The **Nurse Demand Management** is responsible for telephone triage to assess caller's needs and provide relevant health information to assist callers in making healthcare decisions.
**How You Will Make an Impact:**
**Nurse Demand Management I:**
+ Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with callers and their families.
+ Performs professional assessment of caller's needs with accurate, concise documentation.
+ Conducts thorough symptom assessment of caller's situation using established criteria and protocol.
+ Utilizes established software, written materials, on-line resources and nursing background to provide callers with appropriate medical information.
+ Provides caller with appropriate community resources as necessary.
+ Refers more complex issues as needed for consultation.
**Nurse Demand Management II:**
+ Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with callers and their families.
+ Performs professional assessment of caller's needs with accurate, concise documentation.
+ Conducts thorough symptom assessment of caller's situation using established criteria and protocol.
+ Utilizes established software, written materials, on-line resources and nursing background to provide callers with appropriate medical information.
+ Provides caller with appropriate community resources.
+ Assists lower level and refers only more complex issues as needed for consultation.
+ May assist in problem solving, with the development of policies and procedures.
**Nurse Demand Management Sr:**
+ Serves as a resource to lower-level medical call nurses.
+ Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with callers and their families.
+ Performs professional assessment of caller's needs with accurate, concise documentation.
+ Conducts thorough symptom assessment of caller's situation using established criteria and protocol.
+ Coordinates with case management and/or staff physicians.
+ Utilizes established software, written materials, on-line resources and nursing background to provide callers with appropriate medical information.
+ Provides caller with appropriate community resources.
+ Conducts research and problem-solving activities for more complex situations.
+ May be assigned to work special projects relevant to medical call or general medical management policies, practices and procedures
**Minimum Requirements:**
**Nurse Demand Management I**
+ Requires AS in nursing and minimum of 2 years of acute clinical experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
+ Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required.
**Nurse Demand Management II**
+ Requires AS in nursing and minimum of 3 years of acute clinical experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
+ Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required.
**Nurse Demand Management Sr.**
+ Requires AS in nursing and minimum of 5 years of acute clinical experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
+ Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences**
+ BSN and previous triage experience preferred.
+ Eligibility for Compact/Multistate Licensure strongly preferred.

The **Utilization Management Representative I** will be responsible for coordinating cases for precertification and prior authorization review.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ Managing incoming calls or incoming post services claims work.
+ Determines contract and benefit eligibility; provides authorization for inpatient admission, outpatient precertification, prior authorization, and post service requests.
+ Refers cases requiring clinical review to a Nurse reviewer.
+ Responsible for the identification and data entry of referral requests into the UM system in accordance with the plan certificate.
+ Responds to telephone and written inquiries from clients, providers and in-house departments.
+ Conducts clinical screening process.
+ Authorizes initial set of sessions to provider.
+ Checks benefits for facility based treatment.
+ Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ HS diploma or GED
+ Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call-center experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences**
+ Medical terminology training and experience in medical or insurance field preferred.
