Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Process Control & Audit Team. This is an onsite/hybrid position that will be based out of Linthicum-Maryland.
What You Will Get To Do:
- Transform and drive process control rigor to enable sustainable, profitable growth and consistently meet customer and company commitments
- Build long-term program excellence capability and culture through the GSC Councils
- Support various GSC audits, both internal and external

Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $105,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. The **Management Analyst** will work in support of the Army for the Network Modernization & Mission Network Technical Service Support program (NetMod). NetMod sets forth the work efforts required to provide product technical support services for systems and equipment being produced, fielded, modified or supported by PdM Network Modernization (NetMod) and PdM Mission Network of the Project Manager (PM) Tactical Network (TN) of the Program Executive Office for Command Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T). We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Must have a minimum of one year experience in two or more of the following within the last 6 years:
+ Sales- commission sales strongly preferred or with set goals and/or bonus potential
+ Customer service in a service industry (i.e.- retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center)
+ Leadership role in the military or clubs/organizations
+ Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or college team.
+ Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
+ Must have a valid US driver's license for one year
+ Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
+ Must live in or be moving to the Baltimore area within 30 days
