Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.

**Skills/Qualifications**
Required
+ Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
+ Have an active driver's license
+ Be at least 21 years of age
+ Obtain a DOT medical certification
+ Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
Preferred
+ Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role
+ A business or otherwise related academic major
+ A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program

**Compensation**
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $55,000/Year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
