As a Management Analyst, you will provide management analyst support services for the Army Futures Command (AFC) Communications Directorate. Responsibilities include serving as an analyst and advisor on the evaluation and effectiveness of directorate programs and operations, coordinating personnel management, assisting with budgetary and financial tracking, supporting knowledge management activities, and ensuring administrative and operational procedures support AFC’s mission. AFC HQ operates multiple locations within Austin, TX, and Round Rock, TX, with subordinate units across the continental United States. Additionally, the Management Analyst shall support AFC in program analysis, personnel coordination, budget and financial assistance, and knowledge management to promote effective communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications:
- Current Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Discipline in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
