Description:

Real Estate development and property management company is seeking an Asset Management Associate to join the Team. The Asset Management Associate will be responsible for preparing owner and investor reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in order to ensure we meet our compliance and partnership goals. The Asset Management Associate will also participate in the analyzation of budgets and financial variance reports.

Requirements:

· Prepare quarterly reporting package detailing financial results by portfolio.

· Research and respond to lender and partnership inquires related to financial results, financial report packages, and various mortgage activities.

· Monitor reporting deadlines to ensure the Company meets established partnership reporting timetables.

· Assist with budget reviews and creation.

· Assist with amenity tag management.

· Work seamlessly with site teams to understand financial variances.

· Works on special projects and acquisition/disposition due diligence as requested.

Professional Experience

· 4-year college degree with at least 1 year relevant industry experience (Required)

· 2+ years asset management experience (Preferred)

· 2+ years Multifamily Operations experience (Preferred)

· Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word

· Strong Accounting/Financial knowledge

· Yardi experience preferred


Attendance/Travel

This position is exempt from overtime and may entail working hours as needed to perform the position requirements satisfactorily. The position is scheduled for a typical 40-hour workweek; however, business needs may dictate longer hours.


Travel required: Travel Requirements will include site visits at the discretion of the Director of Asset Management.

Position Overview:  

The Quality Management Specialist is responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the Quality Management processes.   This entails tracking, trending and resolving significant incidents and quality concerns.

Essential Functions

  • Assists in the tracking and trending of all reported quality issues and produces trend analysis.
  • Investigates clinical quality issues and completes all required reports and related documentation.
  • Facilitates provider teaming meetings. Conducts on-site provider visits, monitors Quality Improvement Plan submissions, and prepares required letters to providers.
  • Assist with coding of all Significant Incident Reports and determining level of follow up warranted. 

Position Requirements: 

  • Education: Master’s degree in behavioral health, healthcare or social sciences
  • License/Certification:   N/A
  • Relevant Work Experience:   Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 2 years of experience in a health care or quality management setting

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have knowledge of PA Act 68, Appendix H and medical necessity criteria
  • Customer service skills
  • Training and facilitating skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of DBH and DHS systems and services

Philadelphia Residency Requirement:

  • The successful candidate must be a current Philadelphia resident or become a resident within six months of hire.

We offer services such as discography, epidural steroids, facet joint injections, intradiscal treatments, joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, SI joint injections, vertiflex interspinous stabilization, intrathecal drug delivery systems, spinal cord stimulators, and endoscopic rhizotomy to name a few.
