Job Overview:

In this role, you will support the marketing team’s efforts on site in Fort Worth Texas to drive sales through strategic content creation, market research, and analysis. As a Digital Content Marketing Manager, you will develop innovative content aimed at expanding Semmelmann Interiors' reach and strengthening connections with our target audience. At the same time, you’ll ensure that our brand image remains protected and elevated across all platforms.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Content Planning: Develop content concepts by researching trending sounds, creating mock-ups for reels, incorporating various media types, analyzing optimal posting times, and organizing them on a content calendar.
  • Content Creation: Shoot and edit videos, and curate imagery to create posts that enhance the brand image, expand reach, and engage new segments of the audience.
  • Content Management/ Distribution: Pre-schedule posts and stories across all platforms, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Engagement: Engage with the digital community by responding to comments and direct messages to boost reach, engagement, and following, while fostering connections.


Content Creation

  • Copywriting: Ability to adapt writing style to match the brand voice and effectively communicate our unique value propositions through storytelling across social media channels, blogs, and editorials.
  • Video and photo Editing and Curation: Shoot and edit videos, and curate imagery to create content that enhances the brand image, expands reach, and targets new audience segments by delivering engaging, entertaining, and educational messages through various visual mediums. Use Canva or Photoshop to retouch images, preparing them for publication and distribution.
  • Graphic Design: Design layouts and create visual storytelling using tools like Canva, InDesign, etc., to develop digital advertisements, print materials, and email campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field (strongly preferred, but not required).
  • Proven experience in content creation or social media management.

Role Description

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist is a core member of the Marketing team responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns that support Jewett Construction’s mission of creating positive experiences and lasting impressions. This role focuses on managing HubSpot email journeys, social media, website updates, SEO, GA4 analytics, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and adaptable, with a strong understanding of digital tools and trends.


Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing marketing automation and customer journeys through HubSpot, supporting the digital and print marketing efforts of the Marketing team, and leading social media efforts with a strong focus on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and collaborative, with hands-on experience in digital tools and tactics that drive measurable business results.


General Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

· Plan, implement, and monitor integrated digital campaigns across paid and organic channels.

· Research market trends, audience behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign alignment.


HubSpot & Marketing Automation

· Own the marketing automation process in HubSpot, including segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, and

database hygiene.

· Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, nurture workflows, and contact journeys.

· Regularly conduct list imports and maintain CRM compliance with data protection best practices.

· Partner with the sales team to align lead generation, handoff processes, and ongoing quality feedback.


Social Media Management

· Manage and grow the company’s presence on social platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.

· Create and schedule engaging content that reflects brand voice and campaign objectives.

· Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and report on platform performance.


Website & SEO

· Maintain and update website content and design to ensure a modern and user-friendly experience.

· Optimize site architecture and on-page content in accordance with SEO best practices.

· Track and analyze web performance using Google Analytics 4 and other tools.


Performance Reporting & Optimization

· Build and maintain custom dashboards to monitor digital performance and share key metrics.

· Analyze KPIs such as CTR, conversions, engagement, and ROI to inform future efforts.

· Conduct A/B tests, optimize landing pages and email performance, and continuously improve campaign results.


Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

· Work closely with the Marketing Director, Creative Manager, and sales team to support marketing and brand initiatives.

· Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials (email templates, digital assets, etc.) to support the customer journey.

· Experiment with new demand generation tactics, including niche and geographically targeted campaigns.

· Uphold brand consistency and ensure compliance with Jewett’s Branding and Design Guidelines.


Required Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

· 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role

· Hands-on experience and proven success with HubSpot marketing automation and CRM

· HubSpot Inbound Certified (or equivalent) preferred

The Role

Frank & Eileen is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support both upper-funnel and lower-funnel paid content efforts with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. This role will assist with our paid media efforts, both international and domestic, including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and display ads. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience within paid media and a clear understanding of the paid media atmosphere. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collecting and deploying all content to external partners for use in paid digital marketing.
  • Management of Airtable cards/G-drive folders, communication with external partners, and coordination with internal creative team.
  • Track the content that performs best and ensure that the internal team has a firm understanding of best practices and what success looks like.
  • Support the paid content workstreams by supporting the briefing process, sending products to content creators & tracking their orders.
  • Ensure proper sign off on usage and clearly communicate usage timelines, as well as confirm follow through.
  • Brief new content requirements to internal teams upon request; coordinate image refreshes as required such as new Performance Max assets and display ads.
  • Drive campaigns by owning briefs & communications with content creators and external agencies.

Who You Are

What You’ll Do
  • Take ownership of digital marketing — from strategy to execution — across social media, email, paid ads, and content.
  • Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Capture, curate, and publish storytelling content (photos, videos, customer stories, team features).
  • Manage our content calendar and ensure consistent, engaging messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Analyze performance and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience (agency or in-house) with proven results.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of Jajo’s digital marketing efforts, developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You’ll work closely with our content and creative teams to implement high-impact strategies across paid search, programmatic advertising, social platform advertising, and marketing automation. You’ll also leverage key findings through data analysis to improve campaign performances and help our clients maximize their return on investment (ROI).


This is an 8-hour, full-time remote position.


What You'll Do


  • Develop & Optimize Digital Strategies  – Plan and execute innovative multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including programmatic, paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and lead generation funnels.
  • Manage & Monitor Ad Performance  – Oversee the execution and day-to-day management of paid campaigns, continuously optimizing performance to improve ROI.
  • Audience Targeting & Keyword Research  – Conduct in-depth research to build precise target audiences and identify high-value keywords to drive campaign success.
  • Data-Based Decision Making  – Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (ROI, KPIs) using analytics tools to inform optimization strategies.
  • Enhance Customer Journeys  – Identify conversion and drop-off points, providing insights and strategies to improve the end-to-end user experience.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends  – Keep up with digital marketing advancements, platforms, and tools, implementing creative strategies  for our agency and clients.
  • Educate & Advise  – Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients, ensuring they leverage the best digital marketing solutions.


What We're Looking For


  • Experience – At least 3-5 years in a professional role, preferably with an agency .
  • Expertise – Proven track record in digital strategies (organic and paid), audience targeting, budgeting, lead generation, data interpretation, and campaign management.
  • Technical Skills – Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising (DSP), and email marketing.
  • Analytics & Tracking – Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.), attribution modeling, and conversion tracking.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
  • Bonus Skills – Relevant certifications (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus!
