**Responsibilities**
+ You will work closely with a variety of teams including senior leadership, product management, software engineers, design, and User Research to shape business and product strategy through the use of data-backed insights.
+ You will identify instrumentation needs, define and set up metrics and OKRs, deeply analyze the data to identify insights and experiment ideas that move our business metrics.  
+ You will design and execute on Growth Experiments, analyze results to identify key insights. You will help evaluate the return of investments on new ideas, to assess if investments are meeting customer and business promises, and hypotheses and insights to drive growth.
+ You will build models that predict customer behavior that will be used to drive personalized features and targeted outreach efforts. You will drive best practices for models and develop operational models that run at scale. You'll also conduct thorough reviews of data analysis and modeling techniques, and identify and invent new evaluation methods.
+ You will research and maintain a deep knowledge of the industry, including trends and technologies, so that you can identify strategy opportunities and contribute to thought leadership best practices. You'll also write extensible code that spans multiple features, and develop expertise in proper debugging techniques.
