**Job Description**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ In this position, the individual will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating Chip architecture and Core/Analog/Data Path circuit structures for feasibility study of high performance NAND flash, including new, most advanced 3-dimentional NAND memories.
+ Evaluation of these circuits will be done through HSPICE, PRIMESIM and VERILOG simulations and through silicon evaluation when the silicon arrives.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Requires MS or BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5 or more years of relevant experience.
+ Knowledge and/or experience in non-volatile memory design (NAND flash memory cell operation in particular) is a big advantage
+ A strong design & device background and experience with evaluating new process technologies for use in design is preferred.
+ The ideal candidate must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
+ Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people
+ A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team
+ Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.

+ RTL design and verification in Verilog, RTL linting, clock domain crossing (CDC) analysis, design integration, synthesis, DFT, timing analysis and closure
+ Balance design trade-offs with modularity, scalability, power, area, and performance.
+ Interface with internal and external teams/customers to drive necessary technical specifications and features based on individual requirements
+ Participating in Post-Si evaluation and debug
+ Drive cross function support for productization
+ Technical guidance and mentoring of junior engineers
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED:**
+ MSEE plus 5-10 years of relevant experience
+ Experience with chip level integration, chip lead, and full product life cycle (requirements, design, implementation, test) of Logic design
+ Working knowledge of the entire Logic design flow from RTL to GDSII (RTL coding, simulation, synthesis, static timing analysis, logic equivalence, DFT insertion, place-and-route, clock tree synthesis, extraction, static timing analysis, physical verification)
+ Working knowledge of NAND flash memory cell device operations, algorithms for program/read/erase
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
**PREFERRED:**
+ Experience developing digital circuit designs for low power operating conditions
+ Working knowledge of device physics and process
+ Working knowledge of NAND Flash memory design including Analog, Core, Datapath and IO circuits
+ Proficiency with following Digital design tools
+ Synthesis - Synopsys Design Compiler, Cadence Genus or Cadence RTL Compiler

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Define NAND Flash device handling related systems algorithms for AI workloads.
+ Define and communicate NAND Flash requirements to various functions of Memory teams to meet systems specs.
+ Define ASIC requirements for upcoming new NAND Flash based chips and design systems algorithms.
+ Develop and maintain a System modeling tool for power, performance, and cost.
+ Study the trade-offs for Power, performance, cost and schedule. Clearly able to articulate the finding to cross-functional forums and to the higher management.
+ Lead discussion of new modes for next generation of NAND Flash or new operation methods that can make differentiating products
+ Work with Architecture and Firmware team on detailed implementation and verification plan.
+ Monitor NAND readiness and work with Product test teams on NAND testing and screening methods
+ Work with the validation team on drive-level testing, debugging, failure analysis and qualification
+ Prepare and present reports detailing the status of development, FA reports, Qual failure reports and customer qual fail reports.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor's/Master's/PHD in EE, ECE , E&I , VLSI or other relevant course
+ Overall 10+(BS)/7+ (MS)/5+ (PHD) years of working experience in NAND flash based systems or relevant systems design
PREFERRED:
+ Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python) is a plus.
+ Knowledge of PICe, DDR interfaces is a plus.

As a Principal Engineer, Program/Project Manager, you will lead scope development, capital budget requirements, timelines, and the implementation of multi-year Site Master Plan (SMP) activities for complex business critical projects aligned with the Tampa Manufacturing site priorities.

+ Proven experience (10+ years) in managing large capital projects and/or programs, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on facility design, construction management, and operations.
+ Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing principles, cleanroom design, HVAC systems, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
+ Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, analytical capabilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
+ Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Planisware) and MS Office suite.
**Experience:**
1. Experience with facility renovation, construction, cleanrooms, clean and black utility systems, HVAC, manufacturing equipment start-up, and aseptic manufacturing operations.
2. Strong background with FDA and EU regulations.
3. Project management training or certification.
4. Strong communication and interactive skills, capable of leading and directing project teams as required.
5. Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries. Excellent verbal, writing and computing skills. Familiar with MS Office, MS Project, CAD and Navisworks.
