Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Shipping Associate - Labeling & Printing Responsibilities:
+ Credit card manufacturing company - highly secure facility. This person help with printing the paperwork associated with credit card manufacturing.
+ Creates shipping labels and prepares customers product for shipment and processing
+ Performs QC checks to review shipping data matches customer information (shipment accuracy - labels must match customer address)
+ Transports mail (envelopes) from production floor area to warehouse and prepares shipments
+ Works heavily with MS Excel spreadsheets, PDF files and label printer. Must be capable of working with and using MS Excel 50% of the day
+ Facility has capability to produce 250 different types of credit card mailings each day with up to 500 cards per order (high speed automation machinery). Typically 25,000 credit cards per day are manufactured at this site. Very rarely does an error occur (much less than .1% error rate).
+ Learns how to identify errors, concerns or problems with data integrity and resolves issues before printing labels.
+ Preforms "test run" in virtual system to ensure accuracy prior to "live run".
+ Works extensively in computer throughout course of shift. Running Label Printer is a small portion of responsibility (data integrity)
Shipping Associate - Labeling & Printing Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is highly desired but not required.
+ Must have superior MS Excel skills. Training on using MS Excel is limited and it is expected this person knows how to work extensively in spreadsheets, with data, basic formulas and overall has strong computer skills and abilities proven through prior work experience.
+ Must be able to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking)
+ At leas two (2) years experience working in any other type of production environment or office setting with "mailing" or "shipping" responsibilities, or related similarly related manufacturing environment
+ Must be a highly organized person to be successful in this role and possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of product and stand for up to eight (8) hours
+ Strong computer skills. Should comfortable, at all times, on computer and be able to call up existing templates and programs on label printer, make small adjustments as needed to other printing equipment
+ Must have legible handwriting and be able to write neatly and concisely.
+ Must be able to preform basic data entry and ensure accuracy
+ Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, bend, stoop, carry material, etc.

Position Summary
The Claims Processor provides customer service and processes routine health and welfare claims on assigned accounts according to plan guidelines and adhering to Company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains current knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and effectively applies that knowledge in the payment of claims.
- Processes routine claims which could include medical, dental, vision, prescription, death, Life and AD&D, Workers' Compensation, or disability.
- May provide customer service by responding to and documenting telephone, written, electronic, or in-person inquiries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six months of experience processing health and welfare claims.
- Basic knowledge of benefits claims adjudication principles and procedures and medical and/or dental terminology and ICD-10 and CPT-4 codes.
- Possesses a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages.
- Must be able to work in environment with shifting priorities and to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office tools and applications.
