About The Role

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Silvus Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven **Product Marketing Manager** to elevate the brand, products, and solutions to support the company's aggressive growth objectives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role leads product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across the expanding portfolio of StreamCaster MANET radios, proprietary technologies, and integrated solutions.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams - including Product Solutions, Engineering, and Sales - this role will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, understanding, and demand for new product introductions across Defense, Public Safety, Unmanned Systems, and Commercial markets worldwide.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a strategic thinker and strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels - that drive customer engagement, influence purchase decisions, and deliver business results.
This position is based at Silvus Technologies' headquarters in the heart of vibrant **West Los Angeles,** **CA,** and is on a hybrid schedule; a minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for key Silvus products, technologies, and solutions.
+ Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive intelligence - collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product marketing and messaging strategy across all channels.
+ Create compelling marketing communication and sales enablement tools: datasheets, customer briefing presentations, videos, website & social media content, tradeshow materials, and media content.
+ Lead go-to-market and launch planning for new products, technologies, and integrated solutions.
+ Spearhead development of integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels - collaborating with internal Marketing team members and external agency partners to ensure on-strategy campaign execution.
+ Define and analyze marketing campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leveraging insights to optimize performance and ROI.
+ Serve as the subject matter expert for internal and external product marketing, to support sales and customer engagement efforts.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
