Responsibilities
Driving the strategy and roadmap for Zoom Team Chat's better together experiences across Zoom Workplace and top business applications focused on product led growth and differentiation.
Connecting with SMB and mid-market customers to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise technical product requirements.
Defining product requirements and work with U ser E xperience team to gather research and design exceptional product experience s .
Collaborating with Engineering and business owners on product requirements and scope to drive feature delivery.
Prioritizing roadmap and communicating plans with stakeholders.
Creating a world-class, consistent, and unified user experience across products, platforms, and devices that delights our users.
Evangelizing our product and vision to customers of all sizes, from single proprietors to Fortune 100 executives.
What we’re looking for
5+ years PM experience; ideally working on large-scale messaging or collaboration products, (MBA is a plus).
Have technical depth and understanding of platform architecture.
Demonstrate success migrating or winning users from entrenched competitors.
Have solid UX/UI sensibility - understanding when small design details determine success or failure.
Have the ability to create consistent, unified experiences across products and platforms.
Prove n record of managing and successfully delivering new products and features.
Have the ability to crystallize vague concepts into concise, data-driven plans while balancing speed with thoughtful prioritization.
Have excellent verbal and consultative skills with business acumen; detail-oriented, ethical, and self-motivated; thrives in high velocity, customer-focused environments with a bias for experimentation
Be proficient with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Product Board).
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$124,000.00
Maximum:
$271,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
