What You'll Do

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager Finance and HR, with expertise in Oracle and Workday ideally in a SaaS company. You will play a key role in defining product requirements, work with business and engineering to enable the key capabilities required for Docusign. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, HR, finance, and customer success teams to develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business goals.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Application Product Management.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for Finance and HR solutions, aligning with business goals
  • Identify and prioritize product enhancements based on stakeholder needs and industry trends
  • Ensure seamless integration between financial planning, workforce analytics, and HR technology platforms
  • Define and manage product requirements, collaborating with developers, UX designers, and business teams
  • Oversee system implementations and upgrades for ERP, HCM, and EPM platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM and Workday)

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $177,900.00 - $287,425.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.

Summary of This Role

Provides direction to product development and the overall process of the product and services function. Builds products and services from existing ideas and helps to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. Increases profitability of existing products and services to developing new solutions which advance business objectives and client needs. Builds strong working relationships with marketing, sales, support staff, product development and vendors plus senior management and key customers.

What Part Will You Play?
  • Manages the process from product development to product launch, ensuring execution is in line with project plan for complex product initiatives. In cases in which the product has a distinct P&L, the product manager has responsibility for managing a product's P&L to ensure profitability for product initiatives.
  • For assigned products, owns, manages, and communicates a product roadmap, including collaborating with industry analysts to form competitive analysis, and with delivery, sales, and relationship management teams to determine prioritization, development and ongoing costs of delivery, and market positioning.
  • For assigned products, develops the "go to market packaging". Collaborates with product marketing to develop product marketing strategies based on established product objectives, costs, and value proposition. Reviews research with product marketing to quantify value proposition for inputs to pricing analysis and marketing collateral. Defines pricing strategies for new and existing products considering competitive pricing models, internal costs, value proposition metrics (e.g., savings to clients, process costs, etc.), and market acceptance and adoption rates. Participates in defining alternative models complete with benefits, and present final pricing recommendations to executive management for adoption.
  • Develops comprehensive business cases requiring analytical skills to assimilate complex data and concepts for new product functionality to serve as inputs to decision-making, prioritization, pricing, and client value proposition.
  • For assigned product initiatives, collaborates with company business leaders, sales, IT, legal, strategic marketing and relationship management teams to define product goals, objectives, market positioning, and pricing strategies for each assigned product. Uses independent judgment to determine methods and procedures for managing product strategy.
  • Facilitates product concept and requirements workshops with clients and internal development teams in pursuit of product requirements, objectives, and architecture decisions. Documents workshop results in a format suitable for consumption by all audiences, including interactive review and feedback from clients and internal parties. Answer questions during workshop, adds points of clarification and completes any necessary follow-up action items.
  • For assigned products, collaborates with product delivery and technology architecture to validate detailed design, particularly to ensure that product objectives and key requirements are met and aligned with the market needs and business unit strategy . Provides design direction, testing support, and general assistance to delivery team, as needed, during the execution phase of product development consisting of complex scopes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business or Computer Science; Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree
  • Typically Minimum up to 6 Years Relevant Exp
  • Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.
  • Excellent written communication skills developing user requirements


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prefer experience in a software development environment or in a professional services role. Prefer software or IT background (i.e., degree or experience). Prefer direct experience with doing software development, testing and/or business analysis. Prefer experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology.

  • We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the evolution of a portfolio of modernizing capabilities aligned to a common set of objectives that drives core lending business forward. The role is responsible for creating and executing the product roadmap that achieves business objectives, such as growth in new money, reduction in costs, and transition to a modernized, scalable target-state tech platform.

  • Consistent engagement and clear communication with sr executives and front-line stakeholders are paramount to building consensus and driving decisions.

  • The role will partner with Engineering Leads who will drive the technical agenda and workforce in delivering against the Product roadmap.

  • By building strong relationships and fostering open dialogue, the Lead Product Manager will drive informed decisions that align with business objectives and improve the overall performance of their cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business and engineering leadership to develop, document, and communicate OKRs, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.

  • Create and maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap that balances short-term objectives with long-term goals while prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and level of effort.

  • Manage the software development life cycle for respective team by creating high-level themes/epics, developing detailed product requirements via user stories, manage the product backlog, plan feature/product releases, and ensure that work is aligned with delivery of the OKRs. Mandatory Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with Designers, PMs, and Analysts to identify, test and measure high-impact product changes that drive growth in revenue, reach and retention.
  • Manage end-to-end liveOps strategy and execution to hit monthly revenue goals via both supply and demand side monetization tactics.
  • Design and iterate features to improve key indicators, by making our games more engaging.
  • Analyze game data and build automated reports alongside Analytics and Data Science counterparts to make data-informed business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
