  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities in residential  settings preferred.
  • Relationships with regional board of developmental disabilities preferred.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Program Officer (CPO) is a seasoned and hands-on nonprofit leader, passionate about serving families and child care providers in Los Angeles. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Management

  • Provide strategic and participatory management for programs serving the community, ensuring that services are delivered on time, within budget, and meet success criteria.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of ten (10) years in management and/or leadership roles, including at least five (5) years in a strategic leadership position overseeing multiple programs with government contracts in a nonprofit organization (or public agency, within organizations, agencies, or companies) with a budget of at least $0 million.
  • A track record of success with managing high-performing, seasoned professionals as well as training and coaching mid-level staff.
  • A demonstrated, lived commitment to DEIB in management practices, professional development, and workplace culture.
  • A working knowledge of the early care and education (ECE) sector required; professional experience and leadership in those sectors is preferred.
  • Expertise in budgeting, assessing, and reporting on program performance.
  • State and/or federal contract experience is highly preferred, especially with Department of Education, Office of Head Start, and/or LA County.
  • Desire to join on a collaborative, hands-on executive team and make a significant impact for families in South Los Angeles.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The salary range is 200,000 - 225,000 depending on experience. The Museum of Modern Art is seeking a Hyundai Card MoMA Program Officer for a two-year term, commencing in June/July 2025. The Program Officer will support the administration of the Museum’s Hyundai Card Exchange Program, which engages curators and curatorial affairs team members across the Museum in dialogue and exchange between New York City and Korea, including a regular program of MoMA staff travel to Korea for talks, research, studio visits, and other learning opportunities, as well as a series of 12-month Hyundai Card Visitors working full time at the Museum on various curatorial projects. The Program Officer will also support the broader work of the International Program, MoMA’s program dedicated to connecting the Museum to an international network of artists, scholars, and institutions.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Plans and coordinates Exchange Program travel, including detailed itineraries, assistance booking flights, and coordination of transportation, hotels, dinners, meetings, etc.
  • Assists in scheduling and coordinating of Hyundai Card Exchange Program trips to Korea by MoMA curators and curatorial affairs team members to ensure smooth and productive trips and visits to galleries, artist studios, libraries, archives, and other spaces of interest.
  • Works closely with the Museum’s Institutional Giving, International Program, and Curatorial teams to identify and confirm participation of new candidates for the Exchange Program.
  • Liaises with internal and external stakeholders, including the sponsor, to fulfill the requirements around the Curatorial Exchange, including the documentation of exchange trips, the production of content around curatorial travel for sponsor channels, the creation of reports for the sponsor, and other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the Hyundai Card Exchange Visitor, a 12-month curatorial position at the Museum, on projects relating to Korean Art and on programs supported by the Hyundai Card partnership, including liaising with Development, Curatorial Affairs, and the Visitor on projects related to the Visitor’s work.
  • Assists in coordination of trips to Korea and elsewhere for the Museum’s International Program, including for the forthcoming Korean Primary Documents publication. Duties include scheduling group meetings, corresponding with scholars and participants, and compiling advance research materials, biographies, and meeting agendas.
  • Travels to Korea with MoMA team members and Exchange participants as needed.
  • Gathers and shares information about key program milestones with the Museum's Institutional Giving team to inform reports to program sponsor.
  • Performs any other duties reasonably related to the functions described above.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in art history, anthropology, cultural studies, and/or a related field in the humanities, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Western 20th- and 21st-century art history within a global context and additional knowledge of other art histories in Korea is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with knowledge of basic office procedures and skills.
  • Demonstrated research capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the contemporary art and culture landscape of Korea, and a seasoned traveler in Korea preferred.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English and Korean languages required.

Scope:  CIPE is seeking a full-time, non-exempt position based in Washington, D.C. for a Program Associate or Associate Program Officer for. This position is responsible for assisting in program implementation and supporting the Program Officer/Manager and Regional leadership in tracking the financial, strategic, administrative, and legal tasks involved in completing programmatic work.

Responsibilities
Programmatic Responsibilities
  • Work with the Program Officer/Manager and other regional staff to coordinate project management deliverables and activities for the portfolio, which typically includes:
    • Support data collection and documentation practices.
    • Assist active project partners to ensure high quality deliverables, including financial and narrative reports.
    • Monitor grantee, contractors, and consultants’ performance to ensure quality control in full compliance with procurement policies, financial reporting requirements, and evaluation plans.

Administrative
  • Edit specialized documents such as grant agreements, consultant contracts, reporting requirements for grantees, grant and contract modifications, etc.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain programmatic, financial, correspondence, and contract files.

JOB SUMMARY :

The Chief Program Officer (CPO) reports to and partners with the CEO in both a programmatic and administrative capacity and is an integral member of the agency’s Executive Team charged with leading efforts to advance the mission and inform the strategic plan through client-focused, fiscally informed, continuous quality improvement. The CPO is responsible for overseeing and ensuring program effectiveness, evidenced by client outcomes, contract/program performance, alignment with funder mandates and Council on Accreditation (COA) best practice standards, and diligent implementation of risk prevention and management practices. The CPO ensures Allies programs’ quantitative and qualitative results are reviewed and shared with the Executive Team and other relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis, identifying opportunities and leading collaborative efforts to advance Allies’ mission and reach strategic plan goals. The CPO demonstrates commitment to program effectiveness and continuous quality improvement by establishing and reaching annual goals, managing program budgets, using data to identify and plan for staff training needs, and vigorously supporting staff in order to further the impact of services for children, youth and families. The CPO represents the agency in external meetings with stakeholders, partners and funders to enhance Allies’ visibility and recognition as a leader in providing high quality, child-focused services.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES :

  • Oversee Allies’ program operations, including initial focus on current child welfare programs and clinical services offered throughout the agency, as well as capacity building efforts around effective support for transition-age youth, and eventual responsibility for comprehensive child development and family wellness services

  • Collaboratively develop program and contract budgets/reports; review and analyze monthly financial reports to assess budget status and to initiate preventative measures as needed
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance Allies’ reach to target populations in foster care or whose families are otherwise involved with the child welfare system; children who are otherwise at-risk of negative life outcomes (e.g. LGBTQI+ youth, transition age youth, families who are experiencing homelessness, children with special needs, families living in poverty, etc.); etc.
  • Work with Executive Team and program leadership to develop reports and systems to support data-informed decision-making
  • Ensure trauma and culturally responsive delivery of services in programs, maximization of funding contracts, provision of optimal service to clients, continued alignment with Council on Accreditation (COA) standards of excellence and funder compliance
  • Provide leadership to ensure program staff prioritize continuous, data-informed quality improvement and quality assurance efforts; play key role in Allies’ PQI work; provide at least quarterly reports to Executive Team and other stakeholders as needed
  • Play lead role in project managing agency COA re-accreditation process in partnership with COO and Executive Team
  • Act as Allies’ HIPAA Compliance Officer and Custodian of Records; ensure effective implementation of (and training on) risk prevention measures
  • Provide/ensure effective consultation and guidance for agency staff on mandated reporting requirements and protocols
  • Lead development of agency-wide training and personnel development that aligns with data-driven training needs, funder expectations/requirements, and strategic plan
  • Working closely with Head of Educational Excellence, play leadership role in monthly Safety Committee Meetings, develop other committees to promote client and staff health (as needed), and provide quarterly reports to the Executive Team
  • Ensure adherence to grievance policy and procedures
  • Act as HIPAA Compliance Officer and Custodian of Records: ensure privacy policies to protect the integrity of PHI are enforced and all services meet legal and ethical standards for confidentiality; oversee ongoing employee privacy training, conduct risk assessments and develop HIPAA-compliant procedures where necessary; investigate incidents in which a breach of PHI may have occurred, report breaches as necessary; keep up-to-date with relevant state and federal laws.
  • Act as agency’s Custodian of Records for child and adult files
  • Emergency preparedness: work with Head of Educational Excellence, Operations staff, and Health Services Coordinators to update and implement emergency/safety protocols, covering all Allies sites and field-based work; oversee ongoing training efforts; build out on-site supervisor protocols
  • Monitor, review and sign off on all relevant documents completed by staff per contract and agency requirements; complete additional funder reporting documentation as required
  • ·Develop funding applications
  • Ensure safety is a priority in performing all job responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

  • Minimum of six (6) years in management, including at least three (3) years in a strategic leadership position
  • Experience effectively overseeing multiple government funding contracts (contract experience with DCFS, DMH, CDSS, EHS, a plus)
  • Experience with transitional age youth and residential/housing services preferred.
  • Clinical experience with at-risk populations, parenting, child abuse, transition-age youth, mental health challenges, homelessness, and clients with other diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with accreditation a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to effectively establish rapport and maintain appropriate boundaries with supervisees, staff, and clients

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Contractor Program Security Officer (Journeyman) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.   The Program Security Officer provides special access security oversight for the Missile Defense Agency supporting 10,000+ personnel at numerous geographically separated locations.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Interface with senior agency leadership and government officials to develop, document and publish MDA Special Access Program (SAP) Security Policy to protect sensitive special programs.
  • Provide all facets of program security management in support of SAP initiatives, to include personnel, physical, information, industrial, and SCI security.
  • Present indoctrination, debrief, and refresher training for program briefed personnel regarding obligations to protest classified information
  • Ensure adequate secure storage and workspaces for customers, conduct annual inventory of accountable classified material and provide guidance and oversight to defense contractors.
  • Prepare CUAs, MOUs, and MOAs for resident non-MDA SAPs for review and approval, develop and maintain SAP documentation
  • Prepare and submit SOP, monitor security incidents. Maintain SOP facility and personnel folders.
  • Maintain TSCO log book. Implement all applicable requirements to maintain Facility IDS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Has 3+ years of experience as a Program Security Officer (PSO) with at least 3 cumulative years in acquisition SAPs. The last SAP-related position must be within the last nine months.
  • The PSO-Journeyman is capable of developing and implementing a multi-disciplined security program for complex, major acquisition Special Access Programs (SAPs). Knowledgeable of personnel, industrial, physical, IT/IA, and information security disciplines.
  • BS/BA in related field or a combination of lower-level education, formal training and experience beyond the basic Journeyman baseline.
  • Periodic travel is required for both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Must be able to travel at times that exceed two weeks per occurrence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive expertise in personnel, industrial, physical, personnel, IT/IA, and information security principals as applied to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • Significant experience as the primary security officer for sensitive test plans.
     

Clearance Requirements:

  • Top Secret (within 6-year scope) with current SCI eligibility is a must.
