OVERALL DESCRIPTION
Supports planning activities to assist delivery of SEPTA's regional rail program. This position is responsible for supporting the development of plans and technical studies to identify the operating and capital needs and document the concepts to address them. Coordinates with several planning agencies, municipal governments, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. Manages activities of consultants in preparation of SEPTA planning studies. This position will represent SEPTA alongside other team members with area stakeholders and the public. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the preparation of the Authority's and the Region's long-range plan and capital project prioritization projects particularly as it relates to SEPTA's regional rail network and master plan.
- Coordinates execution of strategic initiatives through interdepartmental and interagency teams.
- Plans for and supports implementation of improved rail operations and station area planning.
- Coordinates execution of new and experimental policies and programs to improve transit services and the customer experience in line with project goals.
- Serves as project manager and/or deputy project manager on technical transportation studies, corridor planning, feasibility studies, alternatives analyses, environmental review studies including consultant selection, product review and intra- and inter-agency coordination and consultation.

- Coordinates planning and policy development with Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, PennDOT, City of Philadelphia, and other City agencies, County Planning Commissions and Transportation Management Agencies as it relates to SEPTA's Planning Programs.
- Manages and supports activities of consultants in development of planning documentation. Develops project scope for Feasibility Studies, Alternative Analyses, and Environmental Impact Statements. Coordinates RFP selection processes for consultant services associated with planning studies.
- Responsible for data analysis and collection for short and intermediate planning programs, including creation of metrics to ensure project success can be measured.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Urban, Regional or Transportation Planning, or related field and a minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in transit cooridor planning, NEPA, and/or project development required. Graduate degree may substitute for one (1) year of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required. Position requires interface with different internal departments and external organizations, preparation of technical and policy-level reports and verbal presentations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization software, such as Tableau and Excel is required.
- Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is required
- Experience and understanding of theories, principles and practices of transportation, urban and regional planning, land use planning, public outreach and community planning
- Master's Degree in Transportation Planning, City and Regional Planning, Urban Studies or other closely related field preferred.
- American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) Planning Certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of transportation planning and transit service planning, including state and federal regulations is preferred.

The Resource Planning Project Manager will support electric utilities in generation and power supply planning decisions, including the decisions and justifications of new generation facility construction, generation facility retirements, and facility retrofits or conversions, as well as power purchase decisions. **Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, computer science, data science or similar field from an ABET accredited program.
+ Master's degree in engineering, economics, computer science, data science, or business is preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of related experience; working for, or providing consulting services to, electric utilities, including 3 or more years managing engineering or consulting projects.
+ Strong knowledge of power supply planning software, preferably PROMOD (zonal and nodal) and Capacity Expansion (or familiarity with Plexos, EnCompass, GridView, or others).
+ Extensive knowledge of electric power options including generation facility types, capital costs, operating costs, typical dispatch profiles, and general power system operations. Knowledge of power supply purchase agreements regarding costs and terms.
+ Deep and broad base of knowledge of electric utility systems, power generation types, and power delivery with an understanding of power generation portfolio planning.
+ General business and financial calculation knowledge, including discounted cash flow analysis, net present value analysis, and internal rate of return evaluations.
+ Proven ability to lead, educate, and train a team of engineers and analysts in regard to power supply planning studies.

As a Project Manager (PM) for Project Delivery Management (PDM), you will oversee the successful delivery of projects within the Project Delivery Management organization. This individual will establish and enforce project management standards, and ensure that all projects align with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines. **Responsibilities**
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the design, development, and construction of a multi-building corporate headquarters campus project in Nashville, TN. The project includes ground up construction of 2 million+ SF of commercial Class A+ space, heavy civil and site utility work, transportation network improvements, and public infrastructure. Specific activities include:
+ Lead teams through all phases of project development - implementation, delivery, documentation, and financial closeout.
+ Develop and present project status reports, dashboards, project updates and executive summaries to senior leadership.
+ Manage and ensure the health of the project Schedule and Budget.
+ Facilitate consistent communication with both Oracle stakeholders (Facility Managers, Planners, IT, Security, Procurement, etc.) and the external project team to provide clear priorities.
+ Represent Oracle to neighboring businesses, building departments, utility companies, and adjacent property owners.
+ Provide assistance developing project decision scenarios and recommendations to drive internal approvals and execute project initiatives, entailing frequent collaboration with executive leadership.
