Our Client, an Entertainment/Streaming Service company, is looking for a QA Engineer for their Los Gatos, CA location. Responsibilities: Set up and configure test devices across TV, Set Top Box, Mobile, and Web platforms for test runs and analysis. Execute manual tests and suites of automated tests, report results, and identify regressions between builds. Identify, document, and track defects, inconsistencies, and playback issues. Support device lab operations, including deploying new devices and maintaining test infrastructure. Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize testing efficiency and coverage. • Participate in maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D. • Schedule and perform internal quality audits in accordance with published schedules and procedures or specifications. • Load stability racks with new software loads and start the automated stability test.
• Ensure stability racks and the monkey racks are launched correctly on the new software each day.
• Assess overnight performance of the rack each morning, check and fix any failing test cases, and report any irregularities observed.

• Increase the level of automation and debugging capability so breakage can be detected and repaired faster.
