Were looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to help us ensure our ecommerce platform runs smoothly, securely, and reliably across all devices. You'll play a key role in identifying bugs before our customers do. You will be in charge of reviewing updates for accuracy and reviewing existing services for potential improvements.    • Maintain and run the QA Regression Checklist - DEV before each development release.
   • Maintain and run the QA Regression Checklist - PROD before each production release.
   • Update and refine test cases as product functionality evolves.
2. Feature Testing
   
   • Test new features against acceptance criteria documented in Jira.
   • Verify bug fixes in staging prior to release.
3. Defect Management
   
   • Log defects in Jira with steps, expected vs actual results, and severity.
   • Re-test and validate once fixes are implemented.
4. Release Sign-off
   
   • Perform smoke testing after deployments to staging and production.
   • Participate in formal "go/no-go" release decision meetings.
5. Platform Validation
   
   • Execute test plans under the client's Platform Validation Strategy during roadmap phases.
6. Automation & Patching
   
   • Identify high-value candidates for QA automation.
   • Validate patch releases under the client's Patching Strategy.
7. Offline/Self-Hosted QA
   
   • Test offline mode per checklist before each offline release.
8. Documentation
   
   • Maintain regression checklists, validation strategies, and test execution records in Jira.

Position Summary: The QA Inspector is responsible for establishing procedures and quality standards and assure proper working order. This position will conduct production line inspections to verify that required construction requirements and QA procedures are being followed.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• To be a liaison between production management/production personnel and the Third-Party monitoring agency
• Monitor the production line for non-conformances
• Monitor testing procedures of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure continued compliance with the HUD Standards and/or applicable state and national codes CCI Rotation
• Provide master DAPIA manual revisions and/or additions and update the master/production line copies, including indexes, as required
• Receive and maintain files for material specification sheets and installation requirements to assure compliance
• Work with production manager, area coordinators, and team leaders of each department on correcting nonconformances
• Audit all QA Checklists (travelers)
• Track/monitor NC & TRC citations issued by the IPIA inspectors and plant personnel
• Provide training, as needed, for certification of production team members
• Conduct CCI rotation inspections as required.
• Conduct Production line inspections to verify that required construction requirements and QA procedures are being followed.
• Verify material/lumber for specifications, listings and storage.
• Check QWA travelers in the unit files for completeness and then sign at the completion of the production process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years Quality inspection / exposure experience preferred
• Order HUD certification labels, DATA plate forms, tags identification labels, installation/homeowner manuals, etc. as needed
• Set-up standard HUD data plate templates for each model
• Complete file folder for each home

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling.
• Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
• Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Work primarily involves sitting / standing, up to 4 hours at a time.

On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a QA Tester for a contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI.

• Plan, organize and lead the testing kick-off meeting
• Establish and document the testing process i.e. scripts location, how to report defects, what needs to be included when reporting defects, the overall testing process with roles and responsibilities
• Create the test schedule (tasks, dependencies and assigned team members)
• Administer the project in the test management system
• Work with RA IT and Marketing to create Testing scripts for User Acceptance Testing
• Setup and loading of test scripts into Quality Center
• Training of how to use Quality Center
• Provide input into the UAT communication(s)
