As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to extending offers. This includes leveraging a variety of sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, and direct outreach, to identify passive and active candidates. You will conduct in-depth technical screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, coupled with your deep understanding of the tech landscape, will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to extending offers. This includes leveraging a variety of sourcing channels, including professional networks, job boards, and direct outreach, to identify passive and active candidates. Your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, coupled with your deep understanding of the tech landscape, will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and technical requirements.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive and active candidates in the tech industry.
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Advise clients on market trends, compensation, and recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted talent acquisition advisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a consultancy or agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in niche technology roles (e.g., AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts).
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape and various technical domains.
- Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
