Our client, a premier Recruitment Consultancy based in **Tampa, Florida, US**, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Recruiter to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent within specialized technical industries. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding intricate hiring needs, and executing effective sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for talent, exceptional networking abilities, and a deep understanding of various technical sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and job brief analysis to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You will develop and implement innovative recruitment plans, leverage multiple sourcing channels (including professional networks, databases, and industry events), and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.   • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive recruitment, preferably within a consultancy setting.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for technical or specialized roles.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs.

CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (COTA)

Provide occupational therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state and federal regulations and professional guidelines.

Perform occupational therapy treatment tasks as delegated and supervised by occupational therapists.

Maintain open and ongoing communication with hospital departments to ensure that patient, staff and hospital needs are met.

Credentials:

Current state licensure or certification or state practice act, whichever is applicable, required.

CPR certification preferred, unless otherwise required by hospital policy.

Successful completion of an associates degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program preferred.

Effective communication skills for working with patients, families and caregivers required.

Demonstrated competency in occupational treatment essential.
