Our client, a rapidly growing tech firm, is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources team. This role will be crucial in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technical talent for a variety of roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical recruitment, a deep understanding of the tech landscape, and excellent communication and organizational skills. While this role offers a hybrid work arrangement, based out of Raleigh, North Carolina, US , it requires strong self-discipline and the ability to collaborate effectively both in-person and remotely.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, conducting thorough interviews and assessments, building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and generating recruitment metrics. Building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for our client, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities are also key aspects of this position. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential. You will contribute to enhancing our client's employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a significant focus on technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity).
- Proven experience using various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, or similar.
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to effectively screen technical candidates.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment law.
