This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across various technology and digital sectors for their diverse client base. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, a deep understanding of the tech landscape, and exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of technical and digital positions, from initial client brief to offer acceptance.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels, including professional networks, databases, social media, and industry events.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and the specific requirements of each role.
- Manage candidate pipelines and proactively engage with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently for candidate management, tracking, and reporting.
- Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
- Develop and nurture a strong network of technology professionals within relevant industries.
- Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies for clients.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages to secure top talent.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and recruitment regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a consultancy or agency setting.
- Proven success in recruiting for roles in software development, cybersecurity, data science, cloud computing, and digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and talent market dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
