Create and maintain documentation for developed automations, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation design
Provide support and training to end-users and junior developers as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA tools (Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, etc.)
Strong understanding of workflow design, exception handling, and data manipulation in UiPath
Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or other programming languages used in UiPath development
Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Developer Advanced) are highly desirable)

RPA Developer requires:

3+ years of professional experience

Prior experience with BOT development using Robocorp

Python/SQL

Microsoft tools.

3+ years on experience with Robocorp and Automation Anywhere

Object oriented programming with Microsoft .Net (VB and C#) or VBA, Java Scripting, Python

Familiarity with web service interaction (JSON/XML)

Excellent communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work on own and in a team-oriented environment

Strong use of Microsoft Office productivity tools including, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint

Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Understanding and ability to work under varying project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
