**OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF JOB**
The incumbent is responsible for achieving the annual sales objectives within the assigned customer base, in the Singapore market. The role focuses on customer relationship management, sales execution, operational support, and promotion of Bausch + Lomb (B+L) products.
**KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Able to maintain good business relationships with customers and gather business intelligence.
+ Understand customer profiles and classifications in the designated area to develop a daily call planning routine, including: Journey Planning Selling Objective Setting Persuasive Selling Skills (PSS) presentation preparation Sales Equipment Preparation
+ Master the Sales Force.com (SFDC) tool to manage selling objectives, B+L inventory, and sell-through status reports for territory outlets.
+ Execute Sales and Marketing quarterly promotional objectives using PSS presentations.
+ Secure or maintain merchandising space to promote B+L products with Sales & Marketing POSMs in territory outlets.
+ Maintain or increase customer share of spend for B+L products in line with B+L throughput trends in territory outlets.
+ Understand B+L sales, customer service, supply chain, and credit terms administrative processes to provide operational support to customers, including: Sales ordering through the Customer Service Department B+L product exchanges and returns Consumer complaints and product returns Credit terms and sales collection
+ Promptly report all adverse events or product complaints related to B+L products to GSV-AP and the local complaint administrator.
+ Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**EXPERIENCE**
+ Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Science, or a related field.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Fluent in spoken and written English, and Chinese.
+ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing account revenue
+ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
+ Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or vision care industry is an advantage.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
+ Ability to plan and execute sales strategies.
